Holiday rentals with lake access in Porto Alegre

A place for those who want to relax ... the backyard is the guaíba, and that kiosk was great for fishing. Renato was very clear and objective in all conversations, and even a small problem with the internet of the place, he sent a person to fix it in a bit.

The host was extremely attentive and concerned about our stay. He thought through every detail of our experience, leaving toys for the kids, as well as pool buoys and chairs for them. We had a great new year's night as a family and enjoyed the days in the courtyard a lot, with a wonderful view of the Guaíba River. We'll definitely be back.

Rosele was very solicitous, kind and fast! We threw my daughter's party there, we love everything, the space is cozy and, at the same time, spacious! All the guests loved the place, beautifully cared for, flowers all the way and on the Rosele site! Sure if we can, we'll be back!

We really liked the place. A house in the back, the street is located within a residential area. Host Lucas is a very good and helpful person. The house has a good kitchen with a minibar, stove, and other kitchen items on the first floor. Bedroom, living room and bathroom upstairs. The air-conditioning is very cold, a good double bed, the sofa could fit two more. There is an area to hang clothes and towels on the second floor attached to the room. We recommend it. Apartment with breathtaking views, all brand new, of great quality, designed for the comfort of those who are staying. You have crossed the street, you are at Cais Embarcadeiro with many food options for all budgets and a beautiful view of Guaíba. It is possible to walk to the main tourist spots of Porto Alegre and a super safe neighborhood. The breakfast treat surprised me, a guide based on location, they are totally differential. Bruna is very polite and very helpful all the time. I would definitely come back, highly recommended!!

The one who welcomed us was Filipe. We were in an emergency situation, it wasn't a planned trip. We booked and checked in within 24 hours. Very comfortable apartment for longer stays, me and my mother stayed 20 days. In addition to the great location, the proximity to the house Mário Quintana, with the Alfândega square, the building is next to a great bakery. Stay as expected, the building has a good structure and the apartment is in accordance with the listing. The host is helpful and helpful. The bed is very uncomfortable and I missed a better chair for the work environment, but the gym, pool and double parking space make up for it. The bathroom is very small and the shower needs maintenance. The apartment served my purpose very well (vacation, privacy and silence), but for me to recommend it, the bed would have to be comfortable. The projector is a positive point that served very well to watch content and play video games. I intend to return on my next vacation, I hope the bed has a new mattress =)

We stayed for the Porto Alegre Marathon, a perfect loft for this, since you can follow the race while drinking coffee! Vitória was a great host, always responded quickly, and tried to resolve requests as much as possible. Very good loft, just like the photos, an incredible view of Guaíba, and all the convenience of the mall just a few steps away.

The loft is excellent and matches the photos. The only issue was a problem I had at the entrance, as I arrived at the shift change and the staff could not find my documentation, but Filipe was super helpful in resending it to them and solved the problem in less than two minutes. The building workers are also very polite and helpful, giving the necessary information about the place and the surroundings.

The loft is wonderful! Everything cleaned, organized and functional. A separate comment: what an amazing shower!! The hard part was getting out of the relaxing bath. Very good location for us who were sightseeing, everything close, with a supermarket and pharmacy nearby. Excellent communication with André and clear instructions for a super smooth check-in. We love the stay and we will definitely return at another time.

Excellent space, great apartment in one of the best neighborhoods in Porto Alegre. We felt at home. The guest is very kind and attentive and the condominium staff too. We felt at home and we'll be back for sure.

We spent incredible days at the Sítio. The clubhouse is excellent, has kitchen table, sofas and game room, a great environment for family and fun. The property is large, good for walking and to leave the dogs at ease. There is a need for some maintenance, but overall, moments of relaxation and fun were more important. The TV of the room does not work and the TV of the house-gallon does not have internet. I suggest putting air conditioning in all rooms. In the outdoor area, there is plenty of room to sit, but the seats need maintenance. Communication was always very good, even before renting the house. Paula responds immediately.
