Beachfront holiday rentals in Porto District

The view from the balcony on the 8th floor with sea views is beautiful. The apartment is in an excellent location, close to the historic old town with lovely shops and restaurants. Easy walking distance to the train station with an excellent train service to Porto. The apartment appears exactly as in the photos, nicely furnished with modern tasteful decor, very clean bathroom with an excellent shower and the contemporary kitchen has everything you need. Nice modern glazed soundproof windows and doors with shutters which made it very quiet at night. We had an enjoyable stay for the week and hope to come again to the area. It was very pleasant, very attentive and good comfort. Close to restaurants, shopping centers and the beach. The accommodation was spectacular, we went with our dog and he was also comfortable.

Raquel was a wonderful host! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. She was really helpful and provided great local recommendations. Communication was clear and friendly throughout. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Gorgeous, creative flat! Very lively at Christmas…they play Christmas music well into the night on the pedestrian street below, and the New Year’s Eve party is a blast—literally—with fireworks. The high ceilings make it hard to heat in the winter, which was fine for this Buffalo, NY native. It’s probably the most beautiful in the spring and fall, so I’ll be back then!

Everything met expectations, a welcoming space with a good location two steps from the beach and the center of Espinho. Mr. Vitor is always available and very friendly. Our stay was great.

We had a pleasant stay in the dune house, the bedding is perfect, and the apartment very clean. The terrace is very nice, facing the ocean with a magnificent sunset view. There is a nice walk along the beach, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The kitchen is fine, there is an oven and even a dishwasher. It's just missing a few kitchen accessories like a salad dryer, there's only one bowl for example, it lacks a few amenities for people who really want to cook. And the only downside is the noise from the road, cars and motorcycles pass very quickly at night, it's less disturbing the closed window but it was hot, and we were sleeping with the window open. We are delighted with our stay and the house is as described.

My girlfriend and I were visiting Porto to attend a wedding and decided an Airbnb would be the best option for us. Found several apartments that we liked but as soon as we saw Sara's apartment, we knew it was the one to go for. Great price, close to the wedding venue and close to the airport too. However, the photos really don't do it justice. Beautiful inside and very cosy. My girlfriend believes that Sara must be quite artistic to have such a great design of the apartment. Mostly importantly, though, is how helpful Sara is. When we booked, we asked if early check-in would be possible as our flight from the UK was landing early in the morning. She said she would try to accommodate our request but couldn't guarantee that (which was understandable). However, upon landing in Porto, I received a message from Sara saying we could check-in early. Sara met us and the property too and was happy to answer any questions we had in person and via email too. 100% recommend Sara and her apartment!!

Rui was present when we arrived to give us the keys. He generously offered us breakfast and then advised us on many activities and restaurants in the area. The accommodation was very spacious and there was ample space to unfold. The ambience is rather functional and not particularly homely but we lacked nothing. You are privately accommodated there, but also anonymous. You won't be making contacts there. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine washes well. The wifi router is located in the property and the internet is fast. I particularly liked the large sliding wall with which you can protect the living area from the sun. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable, with the gastronomy in the area offering little change. Shopping facilities are a 15-20 min walk. After all, you have a vacation and plenty of time. We felt comfortable and the place was absolutely worth its money. Thank you

The quiet area with dunes and sea views, a great bed and a great shower, were fundamental elements of our experience in this apartment. The most unpleasant thing was the communication with those responsible for the accommodation: all the people I exchanged messages with were kind and diligent to respond but the fact that they referred us to a website asking for more data and more procedures (in addition to those provided here on Airbnb) made me angry and frustrated. In this process of exchanging messages I had to do what I consider a disproportionate effort for a simple booking. For the sake of the next guests, I hope you can improve on the simplification of the process! I appreciate the flexibility and kindness you had at check-in and check-out!

Probably the best place we have stayed at. A fabulous host and so welcoming. The farmhouse was immaculate and the location was beyond all our expectations.

All I can say is wow! We spent 11 days staying at Adriano’s apartment and it felt like home! I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in such a well equipped Air BnB. If you could think of it, Adriano had it. In the bathroom there was shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer and hair straighteners. In the kitchen there was every utensil you could think of and more, I think you could cook a full Sunday roast dinner and have every pan and dish required! We are a family of four, with children aged 5 and 7. They made the most of the swimming pool during our stay and the beach. The pool is cool but refreshing. The sea was like ice but we made good games of jumping the waves and splashing one another. The beach is less than a five minute walk from the apartment and is a must during your stay, even if it’s just to watch the surfers fight the waves. It’s a very peaceful beach! Adriano is a great host and very helpful. We will be looking to stay again if we come back to the area!

A beautiful Villa with a nice pool and barbecue outside we all love it we are definitely coming back again. Highly recommended.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The property was spacious with 2sets of balconies for either sun or shade all day.We loved the fact that they met us and provided a lovely welcome pack and told us about lots of great places to visit locally and in Porto itself and would recommend to others

A wonderful stay! The place is about half an hour from Porto, easy drive. As expected right on the beach with a view that we can never get tired of. Smooth check in and the place was super clean and comfortable. Beds are comfortable and there are shutters to block the light if you like to sleep in. Noise from board walk doesn't get to the bed rooms. Kitchen was great so easy breakfasts, coffee and reheating food. Great access to beach toys and umbrellas for beach days. The host was very accommodating and responsive which we hugely appreciated. There are lots of lovely restaurants around and we spent a couple days in the city, some in the hills and some enjoying the coast. It's a perfect mix of city break with the beach air. Thank you for an amazing stay, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time in this little corner of paradise. Small independent cottage at the back of a very nice park, quiet and without any neighbors. The beach is accessible by direct access a few dozen meters away.

There were three of us women friends going to start the Camino Walk. It was the best experience. Philip let us check in early as we had a red eye from Toronto. Paula met us early and helped us check in. The condo is gorgeous. Perfect for us. So clean and do equipped. From the beautiful towels to the plates to the beach chairs. Everyone was wonderful. I couldn't recommend it more. ! Location location!

Excellent stay at Antonio's, the boat is quiet and close to everything: restaurants, beach, water activities... Antonio is very welcoming and explains everything well. The place is super clean, the sheets are fresh. An ideal retreat from the world for a few days. I'll be back!

It was a really nice and pleasant stay. The view is great Same as the apartment. It was nicely clean. The kitchen was one of the best parts. It was very nice to find even some spices and other stuff there which you would not usually buy when you only stay a few days. All in all a good and nice stay would recommend.

Simply outstanding! What a gorgeous condo Rooftop is awesome! One side with two large comfy sun-beds and dining table. The other side with a chill out cushioned, slightly shaded outdoor sofa area. Both areas private and cleverly hidden and not overlooked. Then there’s a side balcony to enjoy morning coffee / tea The house itself was exceptionally clean, amazingly well equipped and chic. Situated just outside of Porto in a beautiful neighbourhood with a small selection of quaint, cool bars/ restaurants. The beaches are beautiful ( who knew? ) We walked for miles along well kept wooden walkways exploring the beaches Easy reach of Porto city ( approx 6 euros in uber ) Communication with Gustavo was good however trivial my request ( apologies Gustavo 🙄) Don’t hesitate to book this gorgeous place, it’s awesome !

The apartment was very comfortable, free of clutter, well appointed and beautifully designed. Beds, linens and towels were first-rate as were the showers. Andre was helpful with directions on where to park in the lot behind apartment, very convenient. This location was very central for our stay and about 10 minutes to the main highway.. The village is quaint and had an endless beach. The small market across the street was a bonus. We enjoyed staying in this apartment.
