It is situated 1,5km from the entrance to the Old Town of Kotor. So close to the city center and the road but yet very quiet (the green belt just behind the building). Camellia 3 is an apartment in a building that is close to the shopping center of Camellia.The city beach is across the street.The old town is at 5 min walk.The city promenade starts at a minute walk from the apartmentNearby is a large number of cafes, pizzerias,restaurants. The main bus station is at 15 min. walk. Apartm. has a large front terrace and a balcony .on the back side of the apartment with a nice view of the mountains and the bay.

Excellent location! Distance to the city beach ( Slovenska plaža) just 50 meters. Walking distance to the Old Town 10 min. The apartment is fully equipped. Shops, restaurants, supermarkets and coffee bar in walking distance. Guest love it because of excellent location near beach. Families with kids or couples are more then welcome !
