Very good place for those who need a place for short or long stays, with the possibility of hosting about 9 people. Depending on the organization, it can accommodate up to 2 or 3 more, totaling up to 12 people. No parties, drinking, smoking inside the house, loud noises. No drinking/smoking on the beds and sofa.
