Only two houses between us and the ocean beach, our cosy family shack of over thirty years is now available for others to enjoy. Described by visitors as having a genuine holiday feel - an ideal place to truly feel 'away from it all', but still with all the Mornington Peninsula advantages on its doorstep. Spend days enjoying the secluded ocean beach, just a short walk away up and over the dunes. Kick back, switch off and unwind as you listen to the waves and birdsong in this tranquil setting.

Our home is child and pet friendly, securely fenced and only a very short walking distance, (less than 5 minutes), to the beach, cinema, supermarket, cafes and Rosebud pub. . An additional living area at the back, has a second TV, a couch and bar fridge. The second bedroom is large and the queen bed can be curtained off from the bunks. Wifi, and FREE NETFLIX are available. Spacious shower, separate toilet. Baby high chair and we have a portacot. Air conditioned and with ceiling fans.

Sorrento Garden Cottage

The Cottage is ideally located a short walk to Sorrento Village - restaurants, cafes, and great shopping. An easy walk to ocean and bay beaches. A great base to explore golf courses, hot springs, wineries. There are many coastal walks to enjoy. The cottage provides a lovely space in which to relax. Long weekends are a minimum 3 night booking. * We would prefer guests to be fully COVID vaccinated. My husband and I are fully vaccinated.

Cloud Cottage - Sea Views, Birds & Greenery

Nestled high in Arthur’s seat the beautiful Cloud Cottage exudes character. With stunning views of Port Phillip Bay and numerous attractions just walking distance or a short drive away. This home is close to everything the Mornington Peninsula has to offer while providing a beautiful calming escape. Ideally suited for large families or groups of up to 4 adults (Loft area is set-up for kids and not ideal for adults).

It has a country style kitchen with Coonara fireplace, two living areas and is ideally suited to four people, although it can accommodate up to five people This is a cat and dog friendly property. Charming free standing cottage with deck overlooking Stringer Reserve where tennis courts are available to guests (tennis rackets can be provided if required). The cottage is tastefully furnished with comfort in mind to help guests have a enjoyable and relaxing stay. Blairgowrie shops, bay and surf beach in National Park are only 10 mins walk away with a 5 minutes drive to Sorrento.

Private cottage with views over farm land. The wood heater makes it very cosy in winter and air conditioning keeps you cool in summer. Breakfast provisions are provided. Relax on the deck with a drink or visit some of the Peninsula's attractions including restaurants and wineries. Red Hill Brewery is over the road. Minimum two nights.
