Holiday rentals with a patio in Posey County

We really enjoyed the apartment. It was a great location in downtown, walkable to restaurants, the river and most importantly our son’s apartment , so extremely convenient for us. Very comfortable and cozy. Kale was communicative and made check in a breeze. We’ll definitely book again when we come to visit our son.

We had a great stay! Everything was what we expected. Close to downtown so could walk several places. Stephanie's husband was helpful when, twice, our hybrid rental car wouldn't start! We will definitely use this Airbnb again!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beautiful touches and relaxing atmosphere of this vintage home. David was a great host, very responsive, and helpful in every way. Coffee, tea, condiments, and all essentials were really appreciated. Kingsize poster bed was super comfortable. Made us feel like we were in our own home. Highly recommend.

Angela was an excellent hostess for a very needed girls’ get away! The Loft is spacious, well cleaned, and decorated. My friend and I had a wonderful time learning about New Harmony’s history and enjoying the many shops while enjoying how convenient The Loft is located download. I will be recommending this listing to anyone interested in staying in the area.

Can’t say enough every listing Brooke and Haseeb is perfect and spot on. Every place so far I’ve stayed at is comfortable and clean and relaxing. Hard to choose which one is my favorite place so far as each one is amazing!

Everything was as described in the listing! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if in the area! Jourdan was very responsive with any inquiries/ issues we had and made it right immediately. This spot was in walking distance to everything we did while there. Would highly recommend staying here!

I booked Levi and Peyton’s beautiful home because my mother was admitted to Deaconness Gateway Hopsital and I needed a nice, clean place to stay for my kids and I. I was impressed with how lovely and clean their house is. It is only about 3 minutes from the hospital, too, which made me happy. I found out my Mom had to stay hospitalized longer, so I asked to book an extra day. Peyton was very responsive and helped me arrange it without any problems. Overall, if we ever come back to the area, I will be sure to book their home, again!

Dave made us feel like family. The home is quite comfortable. Dave made sure we had plenty of everything we would need. We hope to stay at his home the next time we are in town.

A Truly Special Getaway! We've been lucky enough to return to this wonderful vacation rental multiple times, and it's become our absolute favorite. The open concept space is huge with a large dining table and a kitchen island . The kitchen cabinets are filled with everything you need for meal preparation. Jolene provides plenty of snacks and homemade cinnamon rolls which are heavenly! The furniture in the living area is incredibly comfortable and we love the cozy little wall fireplace. The outdoor patio has a picnic table as well as a fire pit with plenty of seating. We love to have our morning coffee outside each day. And speaking of coffee, the large coffee bar has plenty of supplies plus a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. There is also a wine refrigerator that is always well stocked. Brick Street Inn is always immaculate , exceeding our expectations. Our only complaint is that we're never there long enough-you have truly spoiled us! Thanks, Jolene!

Great house for a home base for a family visit. Good location for north side restaurants and airport!

Absolutely beautiful! I loved the history that you could see and feel as soon as you opened the door. The surrounding pasture had cows that we could see and plenty of deer as well. We made friends with the free roaming cats as well. I absolutely loved how peaceful it was and it was very spacious as well. 10 out of 10, I would definitely stay again if I was ever in the area.

Great place, probably one of the cleanest Airbnb’s I have ever stayed at. Great amenities, fun game room, thoughtful snacks and water and nice patio. The cars and trucks traveling at night are a little noisy, but other than that, a wonderful get away.

Very nice and well kept. Near highway but quiet. Beds comfortable. There is a staircase so just keep that in mind for bad knees. :-) We really enjoyed our stay here.

Our family of four stayed and we loved it. Super convenient to the zoo and the mall. It seems brand new. Cozy and comfortable beds. I would stay here again.

The Flats are incredibly comfortable and very clean! The hosts and property managers are very responsive and helpful. We’re short term renting due to local storm damage and they’ve made this process so much easier on us. The kitchen is well stocked, beds are very comfy and there’s plenty of space to spread out. I highly suggest staying at the Flats, whether it’s a few nights or a few months!

We stayed for 3 1/2 months at the Flats of Keystone. The area is well situated - close to shops, sports complex, gym and restaurants. The flat was great - plenty of room to move around, furniture was comfortable and it was super clean. Kellie was really helpful and always quickly responded to any questions we had. The neighborhood is easily walkable, and I enjoyed walking at the sports complex. I highly recommend the Flats at Keystone - you will not be disappointed!

Everything was spectacular. The location, the furniture, the cleanliness, and etc .. As soon as you walk in the door you feel at home. It’s definitely worth the price.

We visited Evansville to experience the total solar eclipse. This home was as described, and had a great little yard for us to hang out in to enjoy the experience. The unit where we ended up staying is located close to an intersection, so there is a bit of road noise, but it is also very convenient as there is a convenient store directly across the street. The hosts were very accommodating. They had to make a couple of changes to our reservation and went above and beyond to make sure it was acceptable to us. This is a new construction and everything was very comfortable and clean!

Great place loved the area but that particular unit right on busy street. The unit very clean very nice!! Would go again! Maybe different unit
