Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on a mezzanine level. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

This is our countryside house, located 2 hours from Paris in the wine-making region of Sancerre. This is a rustic family home, carefully renovated in an English cottage-style. It is charming, with exposed stone, original features, and a vine adorning the house. It has a log-burning fire for the winter and a garden full of fruit trees in the spring; a perfect spot to enjoy the local renowned goats cheese and crisp Sancerre white wine.

Our beautifully renovated country home in France has 3 bedrooms, a loft, two living rooms, and 2 baths, as well as 2 fully equipped kitchens. We have a huge garden and patio, facing the natural Loire River! Our village has dozens of wineries in walking distance. The are has many beautiful surrounding villages, wineries, and castles nearby. We also have 10 bicycles of all sizes to be used on the many beautiful bike paths around our home.
