We invite you to our place on earth, and literally a little under... where you can rest comfortably, sleep at night and during the day, if you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, unique interior, relaxing bath, comfortable shared bed, a cup of coffee... In winter it is cozy and warm, and in summer it is pleasantly cool. The window in the apartment is technical, it does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people suffering from claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air handling unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers in Poznań. There is a paid guarded car park in the vicinity, and a car park under the building (paid zone A). We guarantee you a comfortable, discreet stay. We issue VAT invoices. Be our guest!!!

There is a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen available for guests + free wi-fi. Smoking is not allowed! From the building you can easily walk to the main attractions :)

The Posnania Apartment is a fully renovated, stylish and cosy building. The flat measuring 58m2 is located on the 5th floor and can be reached by the elevator. The entrance to the building is from Ratajczaka street but the apartment itself is situated towards the backyard, so it is very quiet inside. The place has a monitored security system, a video intercom and an automatic gate.

Good access by tram from the Main Station and the airport. There is an elevator in the building. The tenement house was a crime scene in Ryszard Ćwirlej's crime novel entitled You have it like in a bank.
