We offer a comfortable apartment, unique interior, relaxing bath, comfortable shared bed, a cup of coffee... In winter it is cozy and warm, and in summer it is pleasantly cool. The window in the apartment is technical, it does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people suffering from claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air handling unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers in Poznań. There is a paid guarded car park in the vicinity, and a car park under the building (paid zone A). We guarantee you a comfortable, discreet stay. We issue VAT invoices. Be our guest!!!

PLEASE REFER TO THE OFFER DESCRIPTION 😊 I invite you to a flat in the Old Town district- on Szyperska Street. The area is safe and quiet. There is a bakery and shops (Żabka, Biedronka) by the block. The Old Market Square, Ostrów Tumski, the river and the Citadel are in close proximity. There is a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen available for guests + free wi-fi. Smoking is not allowed! From the building you can easily walk to the main attractions :)

The apartment consists of a room with a kitchen, bathroom and separate wardrobe. There is a bed for two people and a sofa bed. What’s more, the apartment has a large and sunny balcony. It is located on the first floor. The building was completed in 2017. All furniture and accessories are new since they were purchased specially for the quests. Apartment size is 31 square meters. The balcony is about 5 square meters. Within the 8-minute walk there is a Poznan tram stop.

The apartment is equipped with the most important kitchen utensils, and there are many noteworthy restaurants and pubs nearby. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the Warta River area, perfect for walks, bike tours (city bike station nearby).

A new studio with a balcony and mezzanine in a revitalized tenement house in the city center, right next to the University of Arts. A few minutes to the Old Market Square. Good access by tram from the Main Station and the airport. There is an elevator in the building. The tenement house was a crime scene in Ryszard Ćwirlej's crime novel entitled You have it like in a bank.

It is in a leafy, peaceful enclave, a stone's throw from central Poznan's major attractions. 3 minutes by food from tram station. 12 minutes by car to the airport and the International Trade Fair POZNAN.
