Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Prachuap Khiri Khan

This is an apartment hotel with a good location. A very big and good bed in a nice room and a nice bathroom to. The cleaning is very professional and everything works well. It is very good value for money, especially if you like to live between Black Mountain Golf and Hua Hin Center. I actually stayed here for almost 3 weeks, so I liked it. It's not so far from Big C shopping. There is a fantastic Laundry just west of Addera, just before the petrol station. It is a very safe area and everybody leaves there helmets on their scooters during nights, no risk for stealing here.

Прекрасное расположение, бассейн очень хороший, есть детский, в тренажёрном зале беговые дорожки, велотренажер, гантели, рядом магазины, жарят знаменитые тайские блинчики и продают фрукты. Рядом пляж поинтереснее чем городской, лежаки платные, до маршрутки 5 мин пешком по дороге кафешки и массажи. Сам город и именно это место нам очень понравились!

The room was exactly as described, and located around 25 minutes walk / 5 minutes scooter ride away from Sitjaopho Muay Thai, which was the main reason for my visit. Cafes nearby and another gym / leisure centre a 2 minute walk away. AC worked great and it was nice and peaceful away from the busier areas of Hua Hin but still and easy scooter or grab ride into the main town.

A large, roomy place, with a huge couch in the living area, perfect for chilling, and a comfortable bed. The pool was really great, there was a gym room too. Beautiful scenery from the balcony, we could see both the sea and the mountains. A very quiet spot, maybe 3 cars went past in an hour. Staff were helpful and friendly. Local restaurants did great food.

Toller Pool und Fitness, nettes Appartement für 2

Convenient, cozy appartment in a modern complex right at the beach! We booked 12 nights with our two younger children and all expectations were met. Host is great and helpfull. Several restaurants, 7-Eleven and cafes are within walking distance; for everything else we booked transfers via app. Would stay here again.

One fine place was perfect for my month long stay. Everything was as advertised by host and her response to communication was always so prompt. The Condo is adjacent to two beautiful night markets making evening meals so accessible. Short walk to catch the songtheaw on Phet Kasem Road, 3 convenience stores conveniently located within 100 m radius. Short walk to the beach if that’s your thing. Would highly recommend one fine place and would certainly stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kunyanut's condo. The mountain view, complex facilities, and the well-appointed space truly made it feel like home. The convenience of having two mini-marts just outside the complex was a fantastic bonus, and we loved the wide selection of excellent restaurants only a short walk away. A special recommendation: be sure to try Three Chefs and Pizzadore during your stay! Plus, the beach is just a quick stroll from the condo. We couldn't have asked for a better location!

We stayed for just over 5 weeks and loved every minute of our stay - great host with a really nice peaceful apartment which had everything we needed and felt like a home from home . Location is amazingly close to beach and the night markets as well as a short walk to the shopping malls . We were sad to leave and will definitely return . I would have no hesitation in recommending you book this apartment .

Nice Place. Quite far from town so transport essential. clean and tidy. double bed was very comfy! bunks not quite so.

Large and very nice apartment. Condo have two pools and is close to everything- Restaurants, shopping, night market, beach… Murre is a very good host. Easy communication and short response times. Clear recommendation.

I cannot say anything but good things about this place, the host (Withit), the place itself, the area and the whole experience! Withit is an extremely responsive host, generally replying to any questions I had (and I had a lot) within minutes (time differences taken into account). I already knew where this was but didn't realise just how wonderful it would be. Matches the description and pictures exactly and is in the perfect setting, overlooking the pool on the 2nd floor. everything about this place was perfect for me. I like everything clean and in its place and I could make the apartment my own for the time I was there. even the security guards are just wonderful people and I would have no hesitation in booking this again and recommending this place and its host to anyone!

Lovely place! You 100% need a scooter but for us I prefer to stay further out of town and be able to enjoy some quiet! This place was absolutely right for that. Exactly as it looked in the pictures and a really lovely apartment. The building itself is regularly doing updates which also makes sure it’s not getting worn at all, gym, pool and all the amenities you would need. As well as access to the pool at another hotel nearby Had some very minor issues when first arriving but Worawee handled them brilliantly and everything was fixed as quickly as possible, would absolutely recommend☺️

We had an amazing stay here - it is exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable, equipped with everything you might need. The bathroom is big, comfortable bed, beautiful living area with tv, well equipped kitchen, great balcony. The room we had booked was not available when we arrived, so we were upgraded to one with a rooftop jacuzzi for no extra money. The resort is simply breathtaking - the sunsets are beautiful, the staff are friendly and the pool is probably the biggest that I have ever seen. We weren't too sure what the electricity and water would cost - we stayed a week, we didn't use the aircon much and our bill came to just under 500 baht - which we thought was really reasonable. The resort has a restaurant and bar which all looks amazing at night when it's all lit up. We took some lovely walks in the area and found a little fruit and veg seller just down the road as well as a couple of other little cafes and a small shop.

The place is just perfect :) It's one of the cleanest place I ever been and Faii is very helpful and nice! I have zero complaints for this place, it's next to the bus station and in beetween two shopping center, you can easily cross on the bridges and you'll be at the beach in 5 minutes. Very nice breakfast places and restaurant around. Also, Wifi is working very good and you can work with no issue.

We stayed in Bella’s place for a month. We enjoyed our stay there, Bella and Li were very responsive. The condo is clean, it is quite compact but has everything needed for a month’s living. The property management is very good with good security. We felt very safe staying there. Location is fine with access to green buses and within walking distance to Blueport, has a couple 711’s. On the whole it is a good experience.

Very good place to stay. It's far from the city centre (about 15 minutes). But there are "mini-buses" which coasts only 15 baht. The condo is great, service is good. Changing bedsheets, electricity and water are quite cheap. Thanks for the owner, she asked to fix the air con, and workers did it very fast. I recommend.
