Nice spot in the city center -- the apartment has everything you might need and is surprisingly calm while being in the city centre. Check-in process is smooth, beds are comfy and the flat is well equipped and clean.

Lovely apartment, great location

I spent a long weekend with my partner. The apartment was ideal for two people, large enough that you can also retreat. We immediately felt comfortable, and realized that someone really lived there, and it was not just set up for airbnb. The apartment was very quiet, yet well connected to the tram within 5-10 minutes' walk. The Lidl directly on the street also has everything. From there, you can easily explore Prague, but also relax after a busy day. Miroslava was a very courteous and friendly hostess. Gladly again!!

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything needed for a great stay. The location is not so far from the city center – you can either take a nice walk along the river or get there quickly by tram. Having an underground parking garage is very convenient, and there are shops and cafés nearby. There is also a great area for walking a dog not so far house, with easy access to the riverbank and even an island for a nice stroll. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Natalie’s. She gave great check-in instructions and restaurant suggestions. The place was very clean and quiet at night with great shades and a comfortable bed. Very close to tram and metro stops as well as walkable to Old Town and other areas of Prague. I would highly recommend this location and would stay here again if in the area.

Great place to stay, everything was clean and worked correctly. Might have problems with finding the room and drop box, but communication is so good that itself not even a problem. Would recommend 10\10

This apartment is highly recommended. There are plenty of sleeping places, a fantastic private terrace, a fully approved kitchen and a good bathroom. The only downside is that there was only one toilet. We misunderstood the description and thought there was a toilet in the bathroom as well, but it is just a room with a shower, bathtub and sink. But since this is a separate room, it is no problem even if you are a larger group. The location is also good. It is within walking distance of both Old Town and the other side of the water. In addition, you avoid staying in the most touristy, loud and expensive neighborhood. It's just a couple of minutes' walk to a big grocery store. Avoid shopping in the local small shops. The price is twice as high as in large grocery stores such as Tesco and Lidl.

Through the window of the suite you can see the river and another bank - the view is great. We were unlucky because the elevator wasn't working when we arrived and then a note was hooked up that the elevator could only be used for emergencies. And the neighbors were doing repairs, this is not conceptual enough during the day

Nice contact with the host, extremely friendly and helpful. After a short walk with a few meters of altitude, the swimming/fishing area is easily accessible.

We spent 10 days in Kristyna's house and had a great time! We had mostly good weather, so we could use the pool. Pleasant: the inside is a kind of tarp and not tiles so nice and comfortable without sharp edges. Every day outdoor dining, BBQ used a few times, great beds, screens for all windows, air conditioning through almost the whole house. There are 3 bedrooms but 1 of them is on the landing of the other 2 bedrooms and there you have a little less privacy. Kitchen is fine (there is only no oven) Lots of private garden/space around the whole house. There is another small guest stay nearby, but that didn't bother us at all and the garden can possibly be screened further if you want. Pool and garden are private anyway. For those who want to visit Prague: park your car at the P+R ‘Cerny most’ and take the metro to the city center. Metro is €1,- p.p. and parking was €2 for a full day

The place was really beautiful and big, plus Martina was very considerate for all of our needs , one of my best stays :)

Had a great time! We were there with 20 friends and everyone had a place to sleep. The lake is wonderful and the premises are even much larger than in the pictures. The covered terrace accommodated all 20 of us well and protected us from the rain.

Really good location and facilities. Perfect for a big group. We all really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay again.

Very friendly, helpful and reliable. The accessibility was great and a solution was quickly found. The location is a bit remote, just right for those who want to escape from everyday life. The nearest restaurant is only a few km away - a small, highly recommended roundabout in the village of Buš, the rest is all further away. Stefan has provided us with a small PDF, which is also available in the house, where everything important is in it - e.g. activities, shopping facilities, etc... The well-being of the little ones was also taken care of. Dogs are always welcome. The rooms were perfectly adequate, but since there were 9 of us, it was a challenge with the small toilet and the "small" shower in the morning, but everything was doable! All in all very nice and if it happens again, we will be happy to come back ;) THANK YOU…

The stay with Martina and Alexi was really great. The welcome and the openness of the hosts was very pleasant. The location directly on the lake was simply beautiful and very quiet. That's exactly what we imagined. Our original hotel in Prague was suddenly overbooked... and luckily we came across Martina's accommodation. A booking was spontaneously possible. Thank you so much for having us.❤️ We would like to come again and if we had had time, we would have stayed longer.

Andrea's apartment is cosy, comfortable, and very well equiped. The beds are comfortable, the airconditioning was a plus during hot summer days. SUPER CLEAN! The whole house is well maintaned. The location is great, a metro station is only 5 minutes away, the city centre is 10 minutes max. The parking place is really handy if you travell by car. Andrea is a great host, easy to communicate with, quick to help, but not intrusive. I wholeheartedly reccommend this apartment, it will be top on my list when I visit Prague again.

The check-in process was smooth and easy. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, and located near the river, which made for a peaceful atmosphere. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. While it’s a bit outside the city center, there’s a tram stop just 100 meters away that makes getting around very convenient. It was a great place, exactly what we needed for our 4 nights stay in Prague. It was a nice location, walkable distance to both tram and metro. Good restaurants around. If someone is up for it, good surroundings to walk and explore as well.

would definitely recommend this place for a small group of friends who go out late. this place has no windows so no light to wake you up. The space is very big and location is perfect. My next time in prague will definitely be here again.
