My wife and I were together in this accommodation and have to say that we find it even more beautiful than in the pictures. The location is very central; everything can be reached by car in about 15 - 20 minutes. The accommodation offers everything you need: a pool, a sauna, a kitchen and a fireplace. You have your own little kingdom, which is very beautiful and clean. The hosts gave us home-brewed beer and really delicious strawberries as a welcome gift. They are very friendly, and we were able to park our car behind a locked gate on the premises. We feel very comfortable here and will definitely come back again. I can rate this accommodation with five stars and would recommend it to anyone.

Very comfortable, even used swimming pool and lovely spacious garden with BBQ House had all the comforts. No TV, but we didn't need one. A 20-minute drive from the city center with your own car. And 5 minutes drive to the large supermarket Billy.

Very nice house conveniently located to Prague. Clean and we'll equipped. Five minutes walk to Sbusani train station, from wich you can get to the center of Prague in 15 minutes.

Beautiful villa on the outskirts of Beroun with good amenities and unforgettable panoramic views! Everything is very cozy and saggy. You feel like home for the first second. There are many activities for children and a cozy barbecue area for adults. It was beautiful! Highly recommended! Many thanks to Kamila for a relaxing vacation.

The house was big an clean and has everything needed. It is near to the city center, you can go by Tram pr metro. Stations are nearby. We enjoyed the stay and can recommend this accomodation.

Stayed here for two nights during a road trip from Italy to Finland. The location is excellent — quiet enough to have a good night’s sleep, but a short walking distance from main attractions. A number of pubs, resraurants and grocery stores close by. The loft (upstairs) has a good ceiling height; at 6’2’’ we managed fine. Downstairs can get a bit humid during rainy days and there is a trace of mildew; however, we did not find this a problem. We recommend NOT to arrive by car. Parking provided by host is safe, very close to the apartment and convenient, but expensive. Contrary to some reviews, we prefer checking in by meeting the host; I found the messaging/calling less stressful than using an e-portal. But again, YMMV. All in all, we RECOMMEND this place and would personally re-book it.

Karolína is very communicative and friendly! We were well received, well educated and she was also very flexible with the schedules which helped us a lot as we traveled with many public transport bags and with a 2-year-old child. The house had everything we needed, even more! Including toys our daughter loved! A positive point also for the excellent communication and willingness to always serve us if we need anything. If I return to Prague for sure it was a house I would like to stay again! Thank you for everything, Karolina!

The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Richard’s communication was excellent throughout. He provided clear instructions for check-in, accurate details about the property, and even surprised us with complimentary wine and cookies, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the metro and tram, making it convenient to explore the city. The apartment truly felt like a home away from home, offering all the amenities and comfort we could ask for. A highlight was the barista-grade coffee machine, which allowed us to enjoy café-quality cappuccinos every morning. I would highly recommend Richard’s place to anyone planning to visit Prague—you won’t be disappointed!

The best Airbnb in Prague – an absolute steal! This villa is a gem. The location is perfect, right in the city center with all public transport within a 5-minute walk. The villa itself is stunning – huge, beautifully decorated, and feels like a royal palace. It has its own garden, and a gorgeous rooftop deck with a lounge bed, barbecue, and jacuzzi – perfect for relaxing after exploring the city. It easily fits 6 guests and is fully stocked with everything you need – from kitchen essentials to bathrobes for the jacuzzi. There’s even a PS5 for some fun! But what really made our stay special were our hosts, Oli and her husband – incredibly kind, helpful, and always available. They truly go above and beyond to make you feel at home.
