One of the coziest homes I've ever visited (and I've been to many). What sets it apart is that, upon entering, you feel as if you're living through the life of its owner alongside her — she clearly lives here with her children, and you could easily spend an entire day just admiring her paintings, books, and her children's crafts. After six hours there, I felt as if I'd known her for ages, and it was clear she’s a wonderful woman, awesome mother and a good person (and obviously cooks a lot)). The tuned guitar was a delightful touch. In short, this house has the soul of its owner, and I can say for sure that she is lovely. Separately, I would like to say that the design was clearly created by a person with taste, and looks much better in life - moreover, the light in the house is perfectly matched, which is rare in Airbnb offerings. So in the evening you can create the perfect atmosphere, which, together with the fireplace, will make you want to come back here again and again.

Kornelie vermietet nicht einfach nur eine Unterkunft, sie vermietet ein Zuhause. Von Anfang an hat einfach alles gepasst: - Persoenlicher Check-In mit Erklaerung von allen notwendigen Dingen - Sie hat individuelle Wuensche erfuellt - Alles war sauber und in gutem Zustand - Ausstattung koennte nicht besser sein, besonders in der Kueche. Ausserdem extra Bettwaesche und viele Handtuecher. - Schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation vor und waehrend des Aufenthalts Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen, vor allem wenn man mit Familie kommt und laenger bleiben moechte. Es gibt in 2-3 Fussminuten einen kleinen Spielplatz mit Fussballtoren und Basketball Korb. Wir haben einen Fussball und Basketball dort gelassen fuer die kommenden Gaeste. La maison est idéalement située dans un cadre magnifique, calme et paisible. Le lac à proximité, avec ses bars, apporte une touche encore plus agréable à l’endroit. En tant qu’amoureuse de la nature, j’ai vraiment adoré notre séjour dommage que nous n’ayons passé que deux nuits ! Après une journée de marche dans les rues de Prague, c’était un vrai bonheur de retrouver ce havre de paix. Nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de rencontrer Dominika et sa famille en personne, mais la communication a été excellente tout au long du séjour.

We stayed at this place for 1 month with 2 middle size dogs. Everything was perfect - central location 10 min away from big park to walk dogs, cafes, bars and grocery shopping. Very comfortable apartment with great view. We felt like at home, thanks for hosting

A wonderful holiday for our family - two adults and two children. The peaceful location was easily accessible via public transport, the sleeping area was a delight for our daughters, while the host was extremely helpful and accommodating. We hope to stay again in the near future. A thoroughly recommended destination

Ubytovanie bolo bezproblémové a prebehlo hladko. Veľmi oceňujem, že bol povolený aj pobyt s domácim miláčikom. Celý proces bol jednoduchý a príjemný. S ubytovaním som bol maximálne spokojný. Vrelo odporúčam každému. Osobný kontakt s majiteľom bol priateľský a nápomocný. Miesto je v tichej rezidenčnej oblasti s veľkým množstvom zelene naokolo, ideálne ako východiskový bod na prechádzky po okolí. Jediná vec, na ktorú treba dať ale pozor, ak pôjdete so psom, je točité schodisko, ktoré nie je moc vhodné pre jeho pohyb, aspoň ten náš, menšie plemeno, mal s tým problémy a museli sme ho nosiť na rukách. Čo nevadí, iba som sa bál, že raz ho napadne ísť dole a nedopadne to dobre... vyriešili sme to provizórne blokádou z prítomných dvoch taburetiek, našťastie nemal tendenciu ich preskočiť :D Možno do budúcna taká rada, ktorá mi napadla s odstupom času, namontovať dvierka ako pre deti, určite aj pre rodičov to bude pokoj na duši vedieť, že žiadny pád, z takých schodov nehrozí.

U Emy jsme si s rodinou a přáteli užili opravdu krásný pobyt. Ubytování bylo skvělé – prostorná, čistá a velmi dobře zařízená vilka v klidné čtvrti blízko přírody, ideální pro odpočinek. Ema je navíc výjimečně pozorná hostitelka, se kterou byla radost komunikovat – vše probíhalo hladce a příjemně. Pokud se naskytne někdy další příležitost, moc rádi se sem vrátíme. Děkujeme!

Had a great time, the flat was spotless, the gym was well equipped, everything was clean and Viktoria was lovely. The flat is close to a tram stop so it was super easy to see everything, shops near by for cooking supplies. Highly recommended

Es war wirklich sehr schön bei Natalia, sie war sehr freundlich, ebenso ihr mann. Die Lage war ziemlich zentral nur 20 min in die Innenstadt mit der Bahn oder dem Uber. Es war sehr sauber und ruhig! Der Pool war das Highlight bei unseren Temperaturen! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Toto ubytování jsme s kamarádkami zvolili pro strávení společnou casu a oslavu našich 30tin. Ubytování naprosto bomba. Terasa s výhledem. Byli jsme nadšené. Prochazka doku k přece a přívozu. Mnoho možnosti občerstvení a dobré kávy. Určitě doporučujeme :)

Felt like a fairytale, recommend! Great vibe, atmosphere, everything felt just right… We stayed for one night in 5 people and it was not a lot of space, we left our bags in the car but it was not an issue, but for bigger groups - keep that in mind:) Nevertheless , we wouldn’t change it for anything else! Such an amazing stay in quiet place! we loved it ❤️

Very good place for our five nights stay, the sauna and spa are working great (though the pool is very cold ahah) Very clean and the host is really nice with communication and explanations. Comfy beds. The place needs some refurbishments but it is not a problem to enjoy the stay (like a loose shower knob or some lights not working) Be aware that it is quite hot and humid in the middle of the appartment because of the pool appliances (we had a great weather so we often left open the windows and it was ok)

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft! Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und freundlich! Ein früherer Check in war nach Absprache möglich. Gerne wieder!

K&D haben ein ganz ausgezeichnetes Haus mit toller Hanglage, die einen schönen Blick über Prag ermöglicht. Das Haus ist groß, sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet, so dass man auch den kompletten Tag dort verbringen könnte, ohne sich zu langweilen. Whirlpool und Pool sind sehr großzügig und gut gewärmt, so dass man gar nicht mehr raus möchte. Für große Gruppen ist es optimal geeignet! Zudem haben K&D an schöne Gadgets gedacht, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machen: Tischtennisplatte und sehr viele Schläger PS5 mit großer Spielauswahl Gefüllte Getränkekühlschränke, wo Drinks entnommen und nach Verbrauch abgerechnet werden können Exzellente Kaffeemaschine, wo die Bohnen bereits enthalten waren Bücher und interaktive Spiele im Flur Und vieles mehr!!! Einfach nur toll!

Wir hatten ein super schönen Pärchen Urlaub in Prag und die Unterkunft hat dafür gesorgt, dass unser Glück perfekt war. Es sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern und hätten nicht zufriedener sein können. Alles war super sauber und super organisiert. Der Checkin erfolgte problemlos und unsere Gastgeber waren immer superschnell erreichbar und haben uns viele Tipps mitgegeben.

Smeštaj je bio čist i uredan. Stan je prostran sa dosta svetlai lepim pogledom. Kuhinja ima sve sto je potrebno za prijatan boravak. Kraj u kome se nalazi zgrada je miran i ono sto je dosta bitno, tramvajska stanica je skoro ispred zgrade.

Boendet var väldigt fint med kort promenad till tunnelbana. Sängen i sovrum 2 var dock väldigt hård men i övrigt ett väldigt fint boende. Rekommenderas starkt om man vill resa till Prag och uppleva en fantastisk stad.

Wir waren zum Städtetrip in Prag. Dafür super Ausgangslage. Allerdings Hauptverkehrsstraße direkt vorm Haus. Trotzdem komfortable und stillvolle Unterkunft. Das Hochbett war für unsere Kinder das Highlight. Kommunikation war großartig. Allen in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Von uns gibt es 5 Sterne!

Die Unterkunft entsprach total unseren Erwartungen. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit war eine 10/10. Tolle Verbindung mit der U-Bahn in die Stadt. Die kleinen Restaurants im Viertel können wir auch nur empfehlen. Würden wir selber gerne wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen. Problemfreie Kommunikation mit den Gastgeber Ondrej.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen kurztrip nach prag Das hausboot ist etwas außerhalb der stadt aber sehr nah zur straßenbahn gelegen. Das kleine boot war toll die kids haben es geliebt. Das hausboot war sauber und wie auf den bildern, alles notwendige war beschrieben und bei Problemen hätten wir uns immer an marketa wenden können. Der kontakt war sehr nett und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen Vielen dank ❤️
