I found the apartment better live than the photos. Everything is very clean! Very spacious. The host does not work on Saturdays, but she attended to me promptly, and managed to hand me the keys. We were 7 people very well accommodated. The wonderful view, the fantastic location. All items are working. The kitchen has all the utensils described and working. I think it's worth putting a Wi-Fi signal repeater in the hallway. The apartment is very long and the router is in the living room, and the signal does not reach the bedrooms.

Spacious, extremely comfortable and very beautiful apartment, with all the necessary kitchen utensils, including a water filter. We felt at home! Fernando was very friendly and answered all our questions immediately, as did Elani. Place with great location, bars, bakeries and restaurants. You've met our expectations! Just one observation, the view of the beach is from the rooms, but nothing that would diminish our satisfaction. We will not only return, but we recommend it!

I was recently staying in a wonderful seaside loft and it was an amazing experience! Since our arrival, we have been greeted with a welcoming atmosphere and a breathtaking view of the ocean. **Accommodations**: The loft is spacious, well decorated and very well equipped. The modern kitchen allowed me to prepare some meals with an excellent BBQ area, and the seating area was perfect for relaxing with the family. The large windows offer lots of natural light. **Location**: The location is unparalleled! A few steps from the sand, I was able to enjoy morning walks on the beach and enjoy the sound of the waves in the background. Also, there are great restaurants and markets nearby, making it easy to explore local cuisine. **Comfort and Cleaning**: The loft was pristinely clean and very well taken care of.

Great! Just like the photos and descriptions. We really like hosting! The beach at the back of the building is a warmth, ideal for those who like smaller/quieter beaches. Praia das Castanheiras super close, you can walk. Mr. Luiz was very helpful in all the times we need to make contact with him.

A simple apartment, but with everything it took for a quiet stay. Clean, organized, smelling linens, kitchen utensils for any endeavor (extremely clean), ventilated, well located, solid porters, trolleys to facilitate the movement of the bags and finally an exquisite service and a really beautiful view. (Note: one thing that bothers me in Guarapari are the tumultuous buildings, this building, though apparently tin, is separated (by the angels) and at the same time close to everything - the building on the outside is unattractive, but the apartment is a little - won my heart). Congratulations.

Large apartment, a few yards from chestnut beach. An exceptional site.

The apartment is located in a great area, a few steps from the beach, in a quieter and more family-friendly location. The property matches the listing and photos, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, wonderful outdoor area with barbecue and pool, great to enjoy as a family. I recommend it.

The penthouse is exactly like the ad photos. The kitchen is actually complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric watering hole and a gallon of reserve mineral water. Undoubtedly improving refrigerator and freezer of real estate that I have already rented. The host, Maria, is a very educated and always helpful person. We were greeted with a table set and a lemon pie ( I loved this delicacy). bed linen and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We barely returned home and are already planning to host in the penthouse again.

The location is a differential, close to the main beaches and main events. Great place, very clean and organized, Mr.Armin is very polite and always available to help. I recommend this stay to other Guests!!!

I really liked the listing. We were allowed to enjoy a trip in a much more economical way. We could make our food at home and that helped us a lot. It's very well situated and Francisco is very attentive in the exchange of messages where I needed instructions about the location. I really like it

Great apartment, very well equipped and clean. It even has a children's kit (dish, cutlery and plastic cup) in the kitchen which helped a lot with my little son. The building is located at the beginning of the beach where there is less movement on the beach, but close to the restaurants and bars. Because it is the seventh floor, the apartment is quiet and great to rest. The view is breathtaking. Arthur was very polite and flexible about our check-in when he said we would arrive early. Guarapari was surprised by the cleaning and renovation of the waterfront, no doubt we will come back more often.

Great place to walk and explore the surroundings! Quiet and clean beaches, green sea! The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with an incredible panoramic view of the sea! Not to mention that it is right next to the center of Guarapari, making shopping easy!
