Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia Areias Brancas

Our stay in Capão da Canoa was excellent! We were looking for a quiet place to really rest, and Ramon's apartment met our needs. The location is great, we did everything on foot, the listing corresponds exactly to the photos. Ramon was always attentive and helpful, which made all the difference. The condominium is very clean and organized, and the janitor deserves to be highlighted, super kind and available. We were very pleased and recommend the apartment for those who want to relax in comfort and practicality. We'll definitely be back. Thank you, Ramon!

Perfect location, close to the beach and the guitar lagoon. Very beautiful and great surroundings for walking and sightseeing, either at the beach or in the lagoon. It is more reserved, but at the same time it is also very close to the center, being quiet to go. Apartment according to the photos, very beautiful and new. They had the essential basics. Great for accepting pets, we can take our little dog along to enjoy the ballooning. The building itself is also quite beautiful, we were surprised when we arrived on the site. We'll definitely be back.

Without any kind of complications. Only the parking lot around the way back from the apt, was in the best condition. Pasto and yuyos at the entrance very long and the gate is hard to move it ñ.

What a nice house and what a peaceful and beautiful spot next to the Mampituba lagoon. The beds are comfortable, very good shower, well-equipped kitchen, spacious and smelling house. The beach is also very close, to go on foot. We recommend your Leonardo's house, your Leonardo is very helpful and quick to respond, was also flexible for our check-in and checkout.

We stayed 1 night as a rest on our trip to Bombinhas. There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable. The super equipped, safe, and clean home. We will definitely be back.

Hello The days at the house of the were divine. Beautiful and cozy place to rest and enjoy the beach and the sun. The beach is not bustling so you can have privacy at all. The perfect place for beach games, seaside walks, fishing or just sit back and relax to see the sea. The house, very complete everything working, impeccable cleaning, facilities and structure perfect for those after beach hangover days, as it has air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the living room, tv with various channels and streaming, good internet connection, etc. It has all the necessary household utensils, pots, dishes, glasses to the battery wine opener (I missed some crystal glasses for the wine😊), all working. Very good barbecue with skewers and grills. The Jacuzzi was delicious, to relax and drink wine by listening to the sea. Alessandra always ready to answer questions and help. Anyway the house is better than what appears in the pictures, the energy of the place is very good. for sure we will come back.

We had a great time in this house! The location is easily accessible and the view of the lagoon is exceptional! The host was very attentive, responding quickly to all our questions. The house is very cozy and welcoming, providing several environments for a group or a large family. We definitely recommend it for those looking for a quiet place, well located, a beautiful landscape and with many activities for entertainment!

The perfect accommodation, very large, comfortable and pleasant property, worthy of 5 stars. Host always a lot requests and available. The location is very good, it is one block away from the beach, close to bars, restaurants, pharmacy and markets, quiet area to leave one of the cars on the street, the barbecue is very good, bakes fast and does not return to smoke, as well as the brewery that makes a lot of difference, it is an item that stands out for those who like it. For sure, the next times, we will search for the same property, it is worth the experience of those who want to feel at home, with all the room and tranquility.

Vinyls from Uruguay🇺🇾! Milene is the best host you can have for a place away from home. The facilities are excellent, and the location is very good, 100 meters from the beach and between Torres and Capao do Canoa. It's an ideal strategic location to get to know the surroundings of Arroio do Sal. The center is 3 km from the house and is very nice and lively!! The pool area is much nicer than in the photos, we were pleasantly surprised! 100% recommended, you get peace and quiet and if you want some action there's also some nearby! Come meet Milene, you won't regret it!!!

The apartment is impeccably clean, well taken care and prepared to welcome guests with all the comfort. The beach is quiet, very family and with few people. Great for children, as the length of sand is huge. Tati and her family were welcoming and caring.
