The apartment is great and very well located, it has EVERYTHING around (two pharmacies on the street, a bar in front, an ice cream shop, convenience stores and restaurants on the street), as well as being one block from the beach. Very good.

My husband and I loved staying in Sérgio's penthouse. In addition to being spacious, cozy and well located, we feel comfortable given the privacy it provides. It is very complete and structured, we do not miss anything, from kitchen utensils to appliances. The leisure area is a separate show! The jacuzzi and sauna were a perfect combination in our accommodation, as it was cold. Everything was so excellent that we didn't even think about going out for lunch, we took advantage of the barbecue and made a delicious barbecue to make everything even more perfect. Sérgio is a very attentive and kind host. They gave us all the support and instructions from the first contact. This was undoubtedly one of the most worthwhile reservations. We will definitely return!!!

Great apartment, very clean and cozy, the building also has many leisure and comfort options. The owner is very responsible and always willing to communicate, thus providing a lot of security. The location of the apartment is excellent, close to the sea, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, bakery... it is very quiet for day or night trips. My family and I will definitely stay again!

Easy access, prepared condominium staff, comfortable and large apartment, beach service that served us well, various activities around, perfect for staying for days... Fábio always responded quickly and helped us in tips and doubts. We don't use the pool, the place is so dynamic that we use this space just to admire the view from there.

It was all right, exactly as in the pictures and Eva is very kind, made everyone feel at home.

The house is great. The village has completely met our expectations. Even in the cold we enjoyed the sauna, heated pool and barbecue area. All very pleasant. Renata is very good at communicating and always willing to help with whatever I needed. I recommend it for those who want pleasant moments with the family.

I stayed at Adriano's house for my bachelorette party and it was just perfect! The accommodation is far beyond what the photos show — spacious, cozy and with a wonderful energy. The house is a delight! We had full flexibility at check-in and check-out, which made all the difference, and the communication with the host was clear, quick and super kind.
