Enjoy a heated swimming pool (29º) with an incredible sea view, gourmet area, barbecue area, fitness center and full kitchen. 600 m2 of built-up area and 2000 m2 of land with a lawn and a beautiful garden. 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are suites, one with a jacuzzi. All with split air conditioning, bed linens and towels. Large room with pool table, TV, fireplace. We recommend it. We accept pets. Parking for 5 cars. High standard.

Beautiful house located in a condominium between Forno and Ferradura beaches and the center of Búzios. Composed of 4 large en-suites (two on the upper floor and two on the ground floor), and a service en-suite (which can be used). In addition to a large living room / open kitchen, there is a half bath, outdoor gourmet area with barbecue, cooktop, dining table for 10 people, round social table for 6 people, an excellent swimming pool and a Jacuzzi, as well as an outdoor bathroom. 700 meters from Rua das Pedras.
