Children under 6 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult in this space. We accept docile medium and small pets, with a single pet fee of R$120,00.

The house is fully renovated, is very well located in the south corner of Ferrugem in a quiet place, has 85m2 plus a deck of 65 m2 and is 100m from the sea. It has a large fenced and tree-lined lot. Ideal for 5 people. It is three blocks from the center of the beach and a 10 minute walk from the most famous bar on the beach, Bar do Zado. On the ground, it has a privileged geographical formation in its surroundings, which allows you to see the sea and how the waves are.

It has a balcony with barbecue, lounge nets on a 50m2 deck with a spa, an unforgettable experience every evening! Spa works as a swimming pool in the summer, without heating. Wide terrain with shared entrance with our other home.

Anyone falls in love with my space, lush nature, wild birds like toucans, aracuãs, blue-winged teals, canaries and thrushes. You can taste seafood and oysters raised on farms near my place. The place is pleasantly calm and ideal for those who want to relax. We are an Azorean community.
