The location is amazing. It seemed like I was living a dream, with that wonderful view... that even on a rainy day, it's still amazing!!!! There are many restaurants nearby, supermarkets, great location, I highly recommend it! And the view is a show apart. And the apartment was very clean and fragrant, we loved it.

The apartment is exactly as described, it has all the necessary amenities for a great stay (including for long stays). Excellent location, one block from the beach and close to shops (market, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, etc.). Communication with Joaquim was very fast and clear, he was always very polite. On my next trip to RJ, I'll stay in the same apartment!

My stay was wonderful, a pity that was short-lived. The location is perfect. The amazing view and the super cozy and spacious apartment. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super family, with clear information and good communication between the employees. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need like: market, bakery, gym… I liked a lot and didn't want to leave kkk for sure I will be back. I had the most incredible experience staying at this apartment in Ipanema. From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by the panoramic ocean views — it truly felt like waking up in a postcard every day. The apartment was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had everything I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi and comfy bedding. The location couldn't be better. Just steps from the sand and close to amazing restaurants, bars, and shops. I always felt safe walking around, even at night. Watching the sunset from the balcony was a highlight of every evening — absolutely magical. The host was warm, responsive, and gave great local recommendations. Check-in was smooth, and they made sure I felt at home from day one. If you're thinking about staying in Rio, don’t hesitate — this place is a gem. I can’t wait to come back!

This apartment truly exceeded our expectations. Airy, bright, and impeccably furnished. The view of Ipanema beach is breathtaking. We felt completely safe at all hours, and the location couldn’t be better: steps from the beach, close to everything we needed. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, and the internet was fast and reliable for work. Mario was an outstanding host — responsive, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about hospitality.

I can’t even put into words how amazing Alessandra’s place was. We were so sad to leave because we fell in love with the location, views and everything that was amazing about this stay. The neighborhood power went out briefly for some construction and Alessandra was very communicative and proactive in helping us know when the power was back on. We felt incredibly safe and at home. The amazing attention to detail and the little things like some full candy jars, amazing tea were very appreciated. The place was very clean from the bathroom, to the bedroom and kitchen. Did I mention the views! It truly was a slice of heaven. We will be back again! I would highly recommend this place. It was my best Airbnb experience. Thank you Alessandra!!!
