Amazing place for those who want to rest with the family. Clean place, we had no access difficulties. The shared laundry room and the non-use of speakers help the general well-being. Check in and out flexible. About 7-10 minutes from the beach on foot. Pool and wonderful view. Unique experience! We will definitely return

A dream house! Everything is very well taken care of, with lots of vegetation, very well decorated and very clean! We were delighted with every detail of the house. The suites are very cozy, with air conditioning, comfortable mattresses and pillows. Very clean bathrooms with good showers. The kitchen is complete with all the essentials a home needs, including a support refrigerator in the laundry area. The barbecue area is complete. The children loved the ping pong table. The house is very close to the beach, with less than a 3-minute walk. Enzo was very polite and attentive, always responding very quickly and seeking to answer questions and help with each request. We will definitely return more often! To make the house fully complete, I suggest a dishwasher in the kitchen, as it would make the guest's life easier without having to spend a lot of time on the dishes. But it's just a suggestion. Nothing that diminishes the perfection of the house and the satisfaction of our stay.

I went to celebrate my birthday with 5 more friends. The house is beautiful and very cozy, has all the necessary utensils in the kitchen and rooms. Host Cris quickly responds to messages. I'll definitely come back more often!

My stay is always perfect

It was great our passage through the house, well distributed rooms, accommodated the 19 people who were together. Kitchen with all the utensils possible to make food for the qtyd of people it accommodates, all rooms with working air conditioning, laundry with washing machine at our disposal. Everyone loved it.

Simply perfect! The house is amazing, super complete, exactly as in the photos, nothing was missing at all. All very clean, organized and with an excellent structure. The house: the house is spacious & extremely beautiful both inside and out, it was clean and kept in order, which is key The staff: the staff were extremely friendly and always on hand to help with anything we needed, nothing was too much The host: was very responsive and very flexible which made the stay even more worth it Improvements: I would say the only thing to improve would be to get mosquito/ bug nets above the bed, due to the amount of plants/trees etc, there was a lot of bugs, they often went on the bed, so it would have been nice to have a mosquito net to help keep the bugs away from the bed, however this is not something that would prevent me from going back Overall it was amazing - thank you Belen for your hospitality and we hope to be back!

Juliana's house is very good, well-equipped, met the demand of the whole family, there are 6 rooms with air conditioning, everything working perfectly. Juliana is so kind, proactive, and polite! You can rent the house with peace of mind!

Fernando's house is wonderful and very tasteful. It has all the necessary amenities and is very well equipped, even with a shelf full of great books. The gardens are very well maintained and pleasant. The house is very close to the beach, surrounded by lush nature. In the period we went, in early June, Itamambuca is a very quiet beach, ideal for a relaxing stay. Fernando was very attentive and gave us good tips.

Wonderful stay! The house is very cozy, just like in the photos! Everyone loved and the children loved to look for Easter ovaries for the vases of the rs house. In the house there are several games, if they catch days of rain rs. The building is complete with all possible appliances. VERY close to the beach and there are several stalls of pastel, green corn, ice cream, etc., a wonder. Nearby has futevolei and beach tennis courts. Silvia was so kind and easy to communicate! The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood, in the middle of the Atlantic Forest and close to Brava beach in Fortaleza. The description is very assertive and the house matches everything that was described. Even with some observations from other guests: the furniture in general is not very comfortable, although it is sufficient for what is proposed. There is a large amount of utensils and appliances. There is a grocery store very close, as well as a snack bar, with delivery service. Zélia (recommended by Solange for local support) was always attentive to any questions. The beach is an invitation apart. A low profile atmosphere amidst the chaos of the summer season in Ubatuba. Few people, calm waters with some waves (on some days you can even surf), white sands, leafy trees... All the best!!!

Very good for family trips, especially with children, easy access to the beach, spacious house. We only had a problem with lack of water in the showers because of a leak, but it was quickly resolved!

It was a very good stay for our family and Julia was always very kind and helpful. The house is close to the beach and we were able to enjoy the quiet and practicality of being in a condominium.

The container house is a DOLLHOUSE where you can see that everything was made with a lot of love and dedication. The hosts are super polite, friendly and very helpful. We love it and will be back, it will be our beach house
