Apt foot in the sand, one bedroom , charming, located on the beach in Ponta das Canas , with a beautiful view of the sea . The building has a swimming pool , barbecue , playground and a laundry room for common use. It has a direct exit to the beach . The Apt is on the third floor , the building has no elevator. Each guest is entitled to a parking space, but the spaces are on a rotating basis. We can accommodate two adults and two children, or a maximum of three people, if all three are adults.
