It's definitely one of the best apartments I've ever rented on Airbnb! I rented for my family And they just loved it! The townships were impressed by the sea view, a truly breathtaking view! Beautiful, all-equipped apartment, great and beautiful furniture! All spotless! And Vanessa was always super attentive and kind! Everything IS PERFECT!

My stay was excellent! The host was very polite and helpful, providing all the detailed instructions on how to get there and check in, which made it much easier. The apartment was clean and well organized, with a simple and well-equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable, providing good nights of sleep, and the atmosphere was quiet, ideal for resting. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was a great differential for comfort. The location was also a positive point, with easy access to points of interest. The apartment also parking, which brought more convenience during the stay. I definitely recommend it and would come back at the next opportunity!

Our experience in Julio and his family's apartment was exceptional. From the first moment, they were incredibly attentive and always attentive to every detail so that our stay was perfect. The apartment is spotless, with all the necessary amenities. Also, the location is excellent, close to the beach. We definitely recommend this apartment and would definitely come back.

This was such an amazing stay. I am adult with two parents, and we each had our own bedroom/bathroom suite. The apartment is modern and very comfortable. We found a seafood restaurant and a burger place just a block away, and we went to both twice because they were so good. I came for the Ironman, and this was a great location, within comfortable walking distance to the supermarket, and a short drive to the Ironman Village. The host was incredibly communicative, and I felt very welcome. It was a great trip to Brazil for us, and we would come again.

The stay was incredible! Super clean and spacious place, just like in the pictures. Very close to conveniences and easy access to the beach. Alvaro was extremely responsive, including the quick resolution of some problems I had with wifi and control of the gate. Super recommend and hope to be back soon!

I really enjoyed your stay! The apartment is complete, with well-equipped kitchen, all very clean, organized and with a beautiful and comfortable environment. I felt at home. The location is excellent, close to the beach and supermarkets. Check-in and check-out was super flexible and the hosts were very helpful. I just missed more towels and rugs, but overall the experience was great. I recommend it!

Excellent apartment with high-end building features. Very comfortable car, with a very good exit for Jureré or for any place in the south of the island. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need to rest. It is in a very quiet residential environment, we felt very comfortable. We hope to be back soon!

This apartment is the same as the pictures. Camila and Ely are great hosts, communicate very well and solved an issue with the jacuzzi as quickly as possible. Camila accommodated my family check in and check out making their time in Florianopolis even more relaxing. I really appreciated the flexibility. I’d definitely recommend this place for a family vacation.

The wonderful condominium, all very receptive, very good front beach, very good heated pool, has a simple restaurant near more fresh and delicious food.

Airbnb with hotel structure, with daily maid service, towels and beach chairs available, etc. Space exactly as in the pictures. Hotel restaurant with high prices, but within the average of Jurerê.

The Lucineia space, is exactly as described . Everything is neat and clean. Very well equipped with everything we need,and even more . The leisure area is very good , has the jacuzzi that has a heating system, for the children it was great . It was a pity that it was very windy, but we still enjoyed it. The space has a booklet with all the information on how to proceed. Lucineia was always very helpful , responding very quickly . I stayed on many Airbnb , but this one was undoubtedly the most equipped . Madcas, barbecue utensils and even games for children . Without a doubt a very welcoming space that is worth hosting .

Wonderful experience, quiet place, very safe, a spectacular beach and the hotel very comfortable and with a variety of services to enjoy. It's definitely 100% recommended.
