Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. My place is near the beach. You'll love my place because of the warmth. Very good for couples and families (with kids). Very close to Lazarus Beach, Sununga Beach and Domingas Dias Beach. For those who like hiking, it is possible to access beaches where you can only arrive by boat or on foot, such as Praia da Ribeira and Flamengo (a paradise). Close to Saco da Ribeira from where you can take boat rides to Anchieta Island, a preserved paradise.
