Amazing house, wonderful view and very good pool!! Marco responds quickly and gave all the support. To go to the dolphins, just leave the car inside near the entrance and walk down an access at the entrance of the condominium, very good!

The house is excellent, everything works perfectly, beautiful and modern as in the photos, not to mention the impeccable cleanliness of the property. We were very well received, attentive and polite staff. The condominium is very beautiful, it has a very good space for children to play. Sununga beach was very agitated, Lázaro beach is great for children and very beautiful too. Nothing to complain about, just an observation that I think is interesting to leave. The garage of the house we stayed in is a little tight, we went in two cars Toro and Fastback, the toro did not fit, the Fastback was in the measure. Even so, there is another positive point, Milton was very helpful in solving it, and on the same day he arranged a space in one of the condominium's garages so that I could park my car. I think it's valid, check availability before traveling. The house, the hosts and the staff are top notch.

The house matches the listing. Very well decorated and equipped. Located a few meters from the beach, on a quiet street. The landscape is beautiful and Bruno was very kind and attentive, always helpful.

The house is spectacular, much more beautiful than in the photos, super clean, organized, equipped and all the equipment working. Sarah is very polite and helpful. We love the stay and we recommend it for sure!

The house is delightful, a super complete integrated gourmet area, in addition to being integrated with the pool... Wonderful! The four bedrooms have a suite, great! Besides, André and Marina are great hosts! Flexible and responded quickly whenever I needed! We'll be back!

What a wonderful experience to spend the weekend at the house! My boyfriend and I were very well received by Flavia and her husband, a very nice couple, and Flavia made sure to help us with anything we needed. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail in the decoration. It feels like a family home. The bedroom and bathtub upstairs were a great plus and we were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was sensational and being able to hear the waves breaking from the house was priceless! We highly recommend staying at this house and we will definitely return to take the family with us.

8 days immersed in nature with comfort and safety! 10-star rating for the cleanliness of the house: for sheets/towels/blankets and new covers (we used them!)/kitchen utensils/deck/outdoor and indoor space... The view is incredible (from everywhere in the house!), the house is much better than in the photos, it has a unique and cozy decor! We cooked (it has everything!), we barbecued, we ordered delivery (recommended by Fabio), we had the presence of all the birds in the photos, toucan, squirrel... enjoying nature and the immensity of the sea from the deck is divine! Excellent wifi (we worked in meetings at one point, all 4 of us, and the Internet worked perfectly!). Fabio was always very present for any need (we spent beautiful days!) his prior guidance is essential: we used all the recommended paths to the beach (the walk is worth every minute), we went to the island in front, we played dominoes/bingo (which were available in the house), we used frescobol/beach chair/his sun guard! wait for us Fabio! we'll be back!

Everything was perfect in our stay , communication with Bruno was great and the house delivers everything that was advertised . We would come back more often, my family enjoyed it . We get good days with the crystal clear water and beautiful sunsets , in front of the house

Each extremely comfortable, we were in 10 people but large spaces all well accommodated. We were received with great attention by Dona Neide, who passed the instructions and made herself available. Village exceeded expectations! Neighborhood with nearby things to do by car. We want to return!!!

The dream house is truly a dream. It was two amazing nights. The rooms have a breathtaking view, the house has an affectionate decoration. Martha was very helpful and always responded very quickly. We hired a cook who helped us over the weekend and made the stay even more comfortable. The waterfalls are very close to the house and Paraty is only 15 minutes away. The pool was at a great temperature! We were able to enjoy the water even with 22 degrees of outside temperature.

Nice house, beautiful and in a quiet location. I think it's a good stay for 4 people. There were 6 of us and at the dining table there were only 4 seats and 4 chairs, as well as some kitchen utensils like tea cups. As there were 2 children in the group and in a vacation mood, we didn't mind eating sitting on the living room floor and resting the plate on the coffee table. It was no surprise, as we saw in the photos, but depending on the group, it can be an important point. We were unable to use the Jacuzzi because it takes a long time to heat up and you can't turn it on with the house's electric shower because the circuit breaker trips. When we returned from the beach in the late afternoon, there was always someone wanting to take a shower and remove the sand from their body before entering the Jacuzzi, so we couldn't keep it on long enough to warm up. With the cold water, no one went in, unfortunately. It would be interesting if they could improve the electrical issue to fix that.

The house is spectacular! The location then, there is no talk! It would be impossible to have more feet in the sand than that. Quality towels and bedding, pressurized showers, all extremely clean, airy house with wonderful architecture. Fábio (the local caretaker) and Kellen, welcomed us very well, cooked wonderful dishes for us, Manoel Carlos' soap opera breakfasts, caipirinhas, pizza, fish, portions on the beach, cooler with ice, went to the market, ordered iFood… seriously… the service was surreal. I also extend a special thank you to Kimberly, who took care of the cleaning and won over the young children in the group by being so attentive to them. All very friendly and proactive! We left already wanting to go back!! I highly recommend it, but get ready to raise the bar of the Airbnbs you frequent lol

Gorgeous house, very close to the beach, so it means if you are a family with children you can easily come and go without a car. Very well equipped for cooking also! Great experience!

The house is very good, very nice, spacious..... Five stars easily, the location is also very good, close to some waterfalls and many beaches. I only missed a water filter in the house, a washing machine and new bed linen, the rest is a 10 as well as the host.

Casa with the structure, the gabriela and the dona neide super attentive, the only thing to complain and that one of the rooms is needing to do a maintenance because it smells a little stronger because of the wood

Katia and Marcela were always very polite and helpful, helped me with everything I needed, responding quickly whenever we need something. A peaceful paradise, with an incredible view and a beautiful, very well-equipped chalet! It's the kind of place that becomes the city's attraction. We prefer to stay in the cottage to enjoy the space rather than explore the city so much. Hosts responded quickly and were very helpful...

Simply wonderful the cabin, the atmosphere, the view, the decoration, as described in the photos. Everything is impeccable, from cleanliness, organization, the kitchen has all the necessary structure (nespresso coffee maker, kitchen utensils, fondue machine, oven and other things). I loved my 3 nights in the cabin. I highly recommend this experience!

Simply amazing! A magical place, with a sunrise worthy of a movie and a peace that renews the soul. Perfect for those looking to disconnect from the world and experience special moments together. The arrival to the accommodation is made by a charming trail, where we were accompanied by Leandro, super attentive and kind. During the day, we had a small external setback with the power, caused by a bird, but Daniel promptly attended to us and Leandro resolved everything quickly and sympathetically. I'd come back a thousand times, without a second thought! Gratitude for this unforgettable experience.
