Hello, I loved the space, we went as 4 people and it was great, everything was the same as in the listing, everything working, well located building, it took us a while to see but there is a shop inside the building in the pool area, it is well worth it, because the nearby markets are 300m +... the beach is very close, one block away and there is a very good kiosk there and very easy to get to, 10 out of 10 for accommodation, I would love to stay there when I return from jericoacoara but unfortunately for me it is already rented, because I would definitely return, it would be great!!!!

Excellent option for those who want to stay close to the Fish Market! The apartment is very beautiful and exactly like the photos, with everything the guests need! Being able to watch the sunset from the balcony is a privilege for few! Since at this time of year the sun sets over the sea, right in front of the apartment! Don't miss out on this natural spectacle! In addition, Stephane is an excellent host, always looking to quickly and effectively meet the needs of guests! I'll come back whenever I can!

We had a wonderful stay, in the best place to vacation in Fortaleza. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for the day to day, with new, modern kitchen appliances and tasteful decor. There we felt at home. What we need during our stay has been provided to us. Jeanne and Lucas are super gentle and attentive hosts. We already feel like coming back. See you next time!

Fabulous find for those looking to get away with the family. The home is adorable, spacious and comfortable with all necessary amenities. The yard is big and quiet with wonderful porches for lounging and meals. We especially loved the way the kitchen connects to the outdoors making enjoying breakfast while enjoying the beautiful morning simple. Beds were comfortable and linens very clean. The beach was a short walk, and absolutely breathtaking. Check this place out, your family will love it

The house matches the listing exactly. Very well equipped, clean and organized. The reception was great. We had useful information already left by the owners. And we had a flexible check-in time, making our arrival even easier. We were very satisfied and it is certainly a place I would return to.

Just to summarize the situation, I have rented several houses in Brazil but I have never seen such a beautiful and well-finished house... it is simply perfect! The space, the living room, the fully equipped kitchen, all the bedrooms equipped with their sheets, the bathrooms with their towels and bath products, the pool, the barbecue area, the proximity to the beach. In addition to all these qualities, we must highlight the attention of the owners Flávia and Bram, always available at any time, the relationship ceases to be between the customer and the rental company and becomes simply friendly. We thank you again a thousand times for your wonderful welcome and your kindness and it is clear and certain that we will return to this house with its unique charm.

The house is beautiful. Exactly as shown in the photos. Well-ventilated, clean and fragrant house. 2 minutes walk to the beach. Exactly as we wanted. We'll be back more often for sure.

The house is large, and the rooms are comfortable. In the kitchen, the owner has several utensils, facilitating the preparation of food. The swimming pool is reasonably large. The owner and the caretakers were very caring, kind and proactive. For sure, it would be a second time on site.

We stayed at Henrique's house and we have nothing but praise! The house is exactly as in the photos - clean, organized, comfortable and with a perfect structure to receive the family. The location is great, close to everything we need. Henrique was an impeccable host: attentive, helpful and always available. Everything worked perfectly during the stay. We recommend with eyes closed and we will definitely return!

Our stay at Manoel's apartment was great! He was very proactive before, during and after our stay. He gave us directions to places to go and allowed us to check in in advance. As for the apartment, it is wonderful and exceeded our expectations! Just like the listing! Everything is very beautiful, organized and comfortable and very close to Beach Park and the supermarket. We would definitely go back to Manoel's place. It was a great weekend.

Impeccable apartment in great condition, extremely pleasant location, the host is very present and responds quickly, the house accommodates 6 people comfortably, it has a great sound and TV in the living room and the beds are very comfortable!

Everything is very organized, 24-hour security, there is a grocery store inside the condominium, a wonderful pool, the host is always concerned with the guests....we will definitely come back more often....
