The host was excellent. The site was exactly as advertised, and we had some minor issues with some equipment on the first day, but the host was committed and was able to resolve everything quickly. Instead of becoming a negative experience, it actually became positive as proactivity made all the difference. As for the site, it has access to a small beach that is "almost exclusive", which is excellent. The porters are extremely friendly and in the house we do not miss any utensils, making the accommodation complete. Local easy to find and relatively close to supermarkets, pharmacies, beaches and restaurants, I recommend the place for anyone interested!

I need to start by saying how helpful and kind Natasha was in our conversations. Although we do not know each other in person, I felt that she is a great host. As for the space, very good, very well located, an incredible view of the river channel. The photos matched the reality. If I go to Guarapari again, I will try to stay in this space. Welcoming city and always gentle locals.

In May 2025, we went to Guarapari and were delighted with the location of the apartment. The view is beautiful, especially in the morning. We were able to enter before the scheduled time. There is a supermarket nearby, which makes it easy to buy necessities. And a point of attention is in relation to the key. Identification is required each time you enter the building. But we understand that it is about safety. Would recommend to others.

We were very well located, great restaurants, shops, cinema and also very easy for walks.

The experience was incredible! The view is truly wonderful and is in line with the photos of the listing. The building itself has an old structure, but we have nothing to complain about the apartment, all very well organized and clean, which was what gave us the most comfort. When we arrived, there was a welcome message, the house was clean and smelling and gave a look at the care they have with their guests. Luciana is a very attentive hostess, who proved proactive and available to resolve the issues that appeared, in addition to having made the check-in and chek-out times more flexible. The house had coffee powder, sugar, salt and various cooking utensils that facilitated our stay (pan, board, coffee maker, misteira etc). The apt is located in a neighborhood close to the city center, making it possible to do a lot on foot, has a supermarket and pharmacy very close by; we find a very cool location. Finally, the stay was great and we will definitely return at other times! :)

The house is simply amazing! Very large, comfortable and cozy — we felt at home from the first moment. We were super welcome, with attention and affection, which has already started the stay on the right foot. The lighting of the house is wonderful, it is well airy, with plenty of room in the rooms, which made all the difference for everyone to rest well. And the pool... what a spectacle! Large, clean and perfect to enjoy the day with the crowd. It was a wonderful experience, with no negative points. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

It was very good the stay at Elisa's house felt like we were at home. Elisa was very kind. And I recommend everyone who goes to Guarapari to stay at her residence. The house is very spacious. Amei and if we get another chance there we'll be at 🙏🙏

The accommodation was peaceful. Bakery, restaurants, distributors, pharmacies and supermarkets nearby. Very airy and safe house.

The building is actually a foot in the sand, in a minute, leaving the house, you are already in the sea, which by the way is very calm, with transparent water, we can even see turtles!! Everything is extremely clean, and of first line , air conditioning and ceiling fan in the three suites, but it is worth mentioning that there is not so warm, in fact the climate is very pleasant, especially when you leave the kitchen( which is very fancy with everything we need) has an area with super comfortable chairs in front of the sea being extremely relaxing to stay! Township of Host, Helô, with no words to express me how polite, kind and request it was with us, in fact I already consider it as a friend that this property gave me!! God bless you greatly!! The penthouse is exactly like the ad photos. The kitchen is actually complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric watering hole and a gallon of reserve mineral water. Undoubtedly improving refrigerator and freezer of real estate that I have already rented. The host, Maria, is a very educated and always helpful person. We were greeted with a table set and a lemon pie ( I loved this delicacy). bed linen and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We barely returned home and are already planning to host in the penthouse again.

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.

We love the space, exactly as in the pictures. Close to everything, great location. My family loved it.

Excellent Hosting! Privileged location, new and safe building. Perfectly functioning elevator, good garage space. The all-modern apartment with excellent complete and impeccable new furniture and crockery, especially for those who love table set! Large well ventilated room and cozy rooms, excellent bathrooms.
