Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia de Atalaia

Jorge's space is outstanding! Clean, brand new, very comfortable. Close to the waterfront, near bars and restaurants. And Jorge is an extremely kind and helpful host, he attended to us whenever necessary. Anyway, I highly recommend the accommodation and I will certainly stay again.

Gelton met us in person, left a lovely note and a bottle of wine. I had just had surgery, and he even took my bags for me. He cares and takes care of his guests. Great spot.

The Pequi apartment is quite comfortable and has everything needed for a quiet stay! The photos of the apartment match what we found in it and our stay was quite comfortable! The past pre-checkin instructions were correct and there were no problems joining the locality! The apartment is well located, but it is a few blocks from the beach of Atalaia. The hike to beach is quiet! When necessary, the issues that arose were resolved promptly and did not cause any discomfort during the stay! We use tourism agencies for tours, and it picked us up and left in the locality without any problem. The apartment is on the first floor and next to a busy street and there is a club in front that generates some noise throughout the day. This did not get in the way at any time, but it needs to be taken into consideration. Pros: location, comfort, 24h concierge, full apartment, accessibility. Cons: low floor and noise.

The loft is perfect, very well equipped and neat. Comfortable beds, good bedding, wonderful infinity pool... and a balcony with churrsqutop and breathtaking view! Also, the host Ismar was a thousand note in the accessory, tips, education, kindness and availability. we'll be back for sure!

Our stay could not have wished for better. A Cely from the moment we were deciding the place proved friendly and flexible about the schedules. The apartment is exactly the one of the pictures, clean, organized. I don't know when we'll get back to Sergipe, but I'll definitely look for Cely first, because the stay made the trip even better.

The space is excellent, well located, close to several cool things to do, and Phillipe was super quiet, he let me in earlier, and even let a friend who was not on the reservation, I highly recommend. A point to be improved is in the bathroom of the suite to put a box, because in the bath the curtain always stuck on the body, but I rented being aware that I had the curtain, but this did not change my experience.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Dione was an amazing host, super responsive and helpful. Very kind and helped us with every ask. The property is everything we'd hoped for, spacious (plenty of room for everyone), private (behind secure fencing and tucked away), 5 minute walk to the beach, and has all the ameneties (hot water, A/C, etc). We spent the week enjoying the pool and hammock, made churrasco, and even played some billiards. We loved this property and when we go back to Aracaju, this property will be the first one we book!

Space is exactly like in the pictures — beautiful, very beautiful and cozy. It is close to the beach, you can walk quietly, and there are many restaurants nearby. The building is excellent, friendly staff, a great gym, children's space, game room and pool. Rafael is a very attentive host, worried about his guests, always responded with attention to any questions we had, he received us full of pampering, with regional sweets... I felt at home...
