The stay was wonderful! The house is brand new, very comfortable, exactly as in the listing description. The swimming pool and gourmet area served very well for us to spend time with family and friends. Both Alexander and Lucas were super attentive and supportive. The house is 5 minutes from Matinhos beach and 10 from Caieiras beach by car, very close by and easy access. The house is well secured, has alarm and presence sensors. Super indico, it would be back for sure!!! Thanks for hosting!

Everything perfect, the house is better than described, and the pictures do not match the place, I believe it is much better than the pictures propose, I will come back more often, surprised me.

Quiet place, we liked the house, everything was very clean and organized, Ricardo always responded quickly and was considerate.

The house is extremely cozy and well-equipped, ideal for resting and enjoying the coastline. The view to the sea is incredible. The location is also excellent. The house has comfortable beds, working air conditioning, kitchenware, and a good overall structure. Host was very thoughtful, quick to respond. We are pleased with our stay.

Excellent stay on Ilha do Mel. Well-located environment, with a beautiful view and adequate structure. Unfortunately, one of the fans stopped working, so we got hot, but that was just a detail and didn't disrupt the stay. Note 10! Only the bottom fan didn't work with the intense heat.

The house of the Sabiás is charming! It exceeded expectations. It's too big. Many rooms, beds, bathrooms, crockery, fans...There is everything in the house, there is nothing missing. Impeccable organization and cleaning. The outside space is sensational. Lots of space. Nature, playground for children, space to play football, deck, barbecue with pool table, foosball, ping pong. The little ones took the bikes and enjoyed the space a lot. It's really a lot, even difficult to describe. Family atmosphere, too comfortable. Toys for the children inside the house in a chest. The desire to stay there longer was great...The children did not want to leave. The location is great. Easy to walk to the beach and everything nearby. Quiet and quiet place. A lot of peace. I only have thanks for Anete for welcoming us to her house, the house is wonderful, all the rooms are exactly like in the pictures, Anete's mother still received us with a delicious orange cake. The view is spectacular, the beach is very tasty, having breakfast with the sea view makes all the difference. We will definitely come back again. Thank you!

Located in a great spot in Novas Brasília, close to all the beaches in the region, restaurants for lunch, snacks and even inns in case you want to have breakfast out. There were clean towels and linens. I went with my family and we would stay at the house again. The location with tranquility/privacy and a few meters from the beach was a very positive point for us.
