Well-arranged environment and everything very clean

This place was the best part of our stay in Vitoria, it’s exactly as described. Barbara was very friendly and responsive, and she provided a crib and a ready sofa bed since we were traveling with a child and a baby. WiFi, AC, TV all working perfectly, there was even a coffee machine and an air fryer. More than enough toiletries were provided. The building is by the sea and there are lots of good seafood places nearby. It’s also a few minutes drive from the airport. Much recommended!

We had an excellent stay, Renato was very cordial. Flat as per information, by the sea, excellent location. The view from the penthouse is perfect.

Roberto was very proactive, responsible, and nice on his communication. We lived in Vila Velha for twelve years , and we came back after ten year that we left Brasil. So, we were very impressed with how Roberto took care of all the details to make our memorable stay. All the concierges were nice and respectful. The apartment is exactly how he described, new furniture, and it is on very well maintenance. Roberto's apartment was well cleaned, organized, and we felt at home. So. we are on Rio de Janeiro now, and the place is not what the pictures showed at all. So, Roberto's apartment is well located, a block from the beach, you can easy walk. there is a fantastic bakery, and they have lunch as well. You can find pharmacies. We had to go 1am to buy a medicine, and we felt safe. We high recommend Roberto as a host, and his apartment to have a memorable stay at Praia da Costa, Vila Velha. We are excited to come back. Great location, the apartment is located on the street of the waterfront and between the beaches of the mermaia and the Costa, which are the best of Vila Velha. Near the supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants. Regarding the structure of the apartment, excellent. Very well organized, large, kitchen very complete with lots of equipment and the apartment very clean and organized, which can accommodate up to 9 people. The stay was excellent! Great apartment and location!

We were very happy to arrive at the apartment, it was perfect, everything was beautiful, clean and organized. We felt very much at home, we were not bothered at all, as long as we followed the guidelines. The penthouse is amazing, it has a beautiful view, we could see the beach in the background, the pool was always clean, the pool area was always very quiet and pleasant. We had a barbecue and it was very good! About the security of the condominium, very effective, we had an episode in which my son, due to lack of communication, went down to the apartment at the time we were in the pool, we were worried looking for him, but soon the security guard located him through the cameras and reassured us that he was fine and was in the apartment with my mother! About location it's perfect, bakeries, malls, restaurants, bars, public parks for children, ice cream shops, and easy access to several beaches, I found Sereia, a few meters from the condominium, to be quieter for children. Caring Host! Perfect stay!

Everything was as described , the beach was a few metres away , all the local amenities were with a few blocks and very easy to walk too . Apartment was super comfortable, and any questions were answered with minutes .. highly recommended

Veronica's apartment is exactly like the pictures. All very clean and organized. The location is excellent, with many nearby shops, in addition to being about 100m from the beachfront. The suite and the living room has a direct view of the sea, which makes the site even more elegant. Verônica was also super solicitous throughout the accommodation, sending several tips also from the city and the gastronomy. It's well worth it! Thank you Veronica. If we return one day to Vila Velha, our first option will be your apartment!

This is my second time staying with Jefferson and remains impeccable. I recommend it to everyone going to Vila Velha, and in case I come back one day for sure I'll stay again.

Jorge was a very attentive host, even from a distance. He responded quickly to questions, helped us with any doubts that arose and was always very polite and courteous. The apartment is well structured, has everything you need for a quiet stay, the neighborhood is good and there are 2 laundries nearby that help a lot when you have very thick clothes that take longer to dry. I recommend everything.
