Great! The house is very good, and communication with the hosts was very easy. The house was clean, with everything working well. There is not much to do on the outskirts of the house because it is located on the edge of a highway, but nevertheless it is well located. I recommend it!

Our stay was wonderful! The house is spacious, beautiful, clean, fun, very well located... you don't need to use the car, there are great restaurants, bars, shops, banks, pharmacies, a market...everything is very close! And the Lagoon is beautiful in this place and super close! The house has everything you need and more...extremely clean towels and bed linen! The pool water on the first day had not warmed up enough because it was very cold, but from the next day it was already delicious! The view from the house's gazebo is very beautiful! Very comfortable beds and great showers! Anyway, I highly recommend it... Guilherme is super attentive! We love the house and the whole place!

Since it was our first time, we've always been anxious. However, at check-in, the anxiety passed. It was all well organized, cozy and with everything at our disposal. We felt at home. The view is wonderful and the beach is very close. The host couple are wonderful people, always concerned about our well-being. It was nine days of pure peace and we enjoyed it every day, visiting the beautiful beaches of the north and eating only seafood, which we bought before at the Floripa Public Market and made at night, drinking sparkling wine and enjoyed the view, because during the day we only enjoyed the beaches, but Lagoinha is all good and the best. As soon as we can, we'll be back.

Awesome spot. It’s actually close in to everything. You can walk to stores and even beach (beach maybe 20-30 min walk) . Really really really cool little spot. In middle of city but feels like in middle of nature/jungke

Everything about our stay was perfect. The location, the cleanliness, the amenities, the space, the communication.. it was all fantastic. Simone couldn’t have been more helpful, she replied to our messages within minutes whenever we had any queries. The house itself is stunning and the pictures on here don’t do it justice. Our experience was excellent! Peter was super kind, careful and easy to communicate, always available to help. He showed us great places to visit in the city and also contributed valuable tips to organize a surprise party — a care that made all the difference. The accommodation corresponds exactly to the photos, very well cared for and with an excellent location, close to the market and pharmacy, which made our daily lives very easy. We were positively surprised and undoubtedly we recommend it to everyone. We will definitely stay again when we return to Florianópolis!

Great place and great host. Would be nice to have a dryer or towel warmer considering the city is very humid during winter and nothing dries. Overall great place!

We came in 4 couples to do the Ironman of Floripa...and, without a doubt, we stayed in the best possible place. And I'm not just talking about location. Eleonara, weeks before, had already sent the "manual" of the house and was always available. Andrea, who takes care of the house, is the best!! She is nice, caring and very friendly. the trip was perfect.

Beautiful views no matter the weather. House is in great condition and is comfortable. Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. We had an issue with the shower that they remedied promptly, this was very much appreciated. The only thing that could've been better about this fantastic location is walkability, my mom was with us and she wasn't able to walk up the steep hill that takes you from the beach up to the house. This isn't something that can realistically be changed but it's something other guests should know if they have anyone with similar limitations.
