We really like the house and the host. The house is really large and is well taken care of, corresponding to descriptions and photos. The furniture and utensils are also very large, accommodating the 12 people in the rooms and all interior and exterior. Swimming pool, hydro and sauna were really differentiating. Atendimento do Marcio and his wife was always gentle and quick, answering questions, helping in the hiring of services and addressing the needs that have arisen.

It was the second time I stayed at Lu's apartment and once again I left very satisfied. They were wonderful days, Luciana was very attentive, always ready to answer all questions, the apartment was equipped, clean and with a beautiful view. Tiago, who welcomed us, was also a very nice person. I will definitely come back again.

Comfortable house in a very nice condominium. For a perfect experience, I suggest hiring the services of Cíntia, a great cook and extremely available to help. The only negative point, if I can mention, is the existence of mud in parts of the condominium beach. On the last day of stay I discovered a great beach just over 1 km from the condominium.

Great apartment, clean, great beds, clean bathrooms, perfect space for family. The place is beautiful, incredible view, the beach is great, the condominium is very good and safe. I hope to return : - )

It was excellent, apto met all our needs. I took my parents who are already a certain age, and they liked it very much. It has easy access to the apartment, spacious garage and the condominium is wonderful. I recommend with my eyes closed to anyone. Note: We will return more often.

Deborah is sensational! Very polite lady, with great tips about the surroundings and owner of an incredible space! The flat is located on the best beach in Angra and is comfortable enough to stay there even to live. We'll definitely be back!

Alexandre was very communicative and attentive from the beginning. In the house we had the company daily of Mr. Carlos who is the homemaker and was also very attentive. We love the place, the view and all the coziness of the house. Really a place that doesn't make you want to leave. I gathered my family there and everyone is delighted with the place! We were in the chalet of Marta (Manacá da serra site) for the second time, first in winter and now in summer. We spent a wonderful week in the cozy chalet overlooking a beautiful and open valley, with bright but fresh sunny days and starry nights, a paradise. The chalet has improved since 2018, now has Wi-fi, which makes it easy for those who need to work or navigate (we use location apps well), as there is no cellular signal in the region. The kitchen is very small but very well-equipped, essential for those who will stay there a few days, isolated from restaurants and shops. Impeccable cleaning, comfortable linen and towels, furnishings in perfect condition. Great bathroom, very useful laundry area. The shower outside was perfect for a postwalk shower. The exchange of information and tips with Marta was excellent, it greatly facilitated the planning of what to take and rides in the park and surroundings. As we return, we recommend the cottage for couples and adventurers.

Great house, beautiful location

I stayed at the Retiro da Dorothee beach house 1 month with my family (4 people and 2 dogs) The house is wonderful, the retreat area is super quiet and quiet, and 15 minutes from the city of Angra. We had people working in meetings at the same time and the Internet super fast and stable. The dogs loved the stay, super wide backyard, the beach is quiet. Dorothee was very kind, and went further than expected. The village put a net around the yard so that we can be calm about the dogs not leaving. Mr Nilson is super nice and always ready to help. He lives on the property that is the only downside of the house for privacy reasons. But it is very discreet and not intrusive. I recommend it! 5 stars. I'll want to return.

The house is wonderful in a delicious natural environment that gathers beautiful views with the sound of the calm sea and friendly visits like turtles, herons, lizards, fish... It is fantastic to be pé na areia with all the comfort of the house and its equipment, ideal for two couples as was our case. The most complex is the connection with the city and the long stairs to enter and exit by land, more than three flights. Once there, with provisions, everything is perfect: until a friend of the house will pick you up by boat to tour the beautiful islands and beaches of Angra where to snorkel and fully connect with nature and forget about the evils of this world for a while. Natalia was always attentive with very good recommendations. Having a canoe would have been an additional beautiful experience to tour the nearest surroundings. A highly recommended place s to which I hope to be back soon.

We went to 30 people, including children, and everyone slept in bedrooms comfortably. Huge room, great rooms, suites. Wide gourmet area, top pool, has everything in the house. Too many Fds Top. The cook that was indicated TB is sensational. Perfect Fds. Super recommend.

Telma's house was perfect! The house is complete with everything working perfectly. Large swimming pool, barbecue area with bathroom. Large backyard with an acerola tree as a bonus. Close to the beach and easy to access. We felt at home and will be back for sure!

The house is simply perfect, even better than in the photos. The beach in front is delicious, a real paradise. The sea was crystal clear and we saw sea turtles. We didn't feel like leaving the house any day. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and the house, although large, is very cozy. The integrated living space with living room, dining room, bar, barbecue and swimming pool is very nice because it unites the whole group that is traveling. Ana is simply sensational, she and Aninha take care of the house (and the guests) with great affection and sympathy. They cook a lot and make a difference in the stay. The house is also fully equipped, from kitchen utensils, to bath/bed items, kayaks, rackets and sneakers and freshball balls, in addition to the convenience of having a market already known and indicated that delivers the most diverse items super fast in the house. Anyway, our stay couldn't be better and we really want to come back soon!

Sinuca to distract. bathroom in various parts of the house. Area close to the very good pool, place of peace and private. The only thing to score the distance from the house to the pool area, it has a lot of stairs. We spent a super pleasant weekend. Marcelo answered us promptly to all our questions.

We traveled as a family and had a wonderful weekend. The place is beautiful, very well maintained, beautiful garden with many plants, and huge! Perfect leisure area. The rooms and the rest of the house were clean and tidy, with full kitchens. We were very well received from start to finish by the hosts Leonardo and Lucilene, helpful, always willing to help us. We had only a small problem with one of the showers that took a while to heat up, solved by Leonardo. Waking up to a set breakfast table and a delicious lunch made by Lucilene, who was very kind and helpful all the time, was great! It's really worth hiring both! The location of the ranch is very good, asphalt all the way to the door. Literally in front of it, the river flows, perfect for a beautiful walk and a swim. Suggestion for the owner: install shower heads in the toilets of the bathrooms. For those who have pets, know that there are 2 docile dogs on the premises. We love the stay and recommend it!

Exceptional, everything clean and organized, fragrant towels. very good location between the beach and the club. the incredible view of the balcony. I loved that there was a portatil barbecue on the balcony. very spacious and functional apartment, it has two complete and independent suites, two couples with total privacy.

The property of Alexandre is very comfortable and supplied all the needs of my family during the period of our stay. Alexandre was always available to help us with questions and was extremely attentive to us. We will definitely host again.
