The house is cozy and close to everything. you can do everything on foot. Quiet and safe place. It just doesn't have internet, other than that, it was very worth it.

My first time in Guaratiba, the condominium is very show, all very beautiful, easy access to the beach. Marcelo's house is very comfortable, all new and very clean, the swimming pool is very well positioned getting a very pleasant temperature for a night bath, I highly recommend it and I will definitely return soon.

Edinaldo responded to us quickly. We were greeted by the house, the housekeeper Mr. Natal, very kind and cheerful. We had a problem with the kitchen gas, which was quickly resolved by Mr. Natal. The house is at Rua da Cabana 51 which is very well known there, is a quieter part of the beach. We met other beaches as well and the walk was very nice. We love the stay and Prado! I thank the hosts for their attention and availability in everything we need. I recommend it!

Great accommodation, all very clean, just like the listing. I recommend only the Pool that had an extra amount of chlorine, because the smell was strong and it burned a little.

Wonderful location! I don't know Guaratiba and I loved it ! Beaches are beautiful and empty. Great beach cabanas at a fair price! Mar wonderful ! The house is well located and inside the condominium there are several restaurants and grocery stores ! Local super safe ! We are at 6 and accommodated super well ! Great pool and super receptive hosts! We use the barbecue and enjoy the late afternoon at the pool ! Excellent. All new and preserved !

It was IMPECCABLE, it was simply the best place I ever stayed here on the platform, the house is very comfortable, everything good and best, Douglas is an excellent host, he did what he could to make us as much as possible. We were extremely satisfied with absolutely everything.

Cozy and very beautiful place, I felt like living in the bungalow. Theka described all the items very accurately, we had no difficulty finding or settling in onsite. The bungalow is inside a gated condominium, exhala security, a very equipped place, with grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacy and surrounding restaurants. Near Prado about 10km and also near Alcobaça, to visit other places, go to the bottle alley and return, but you need to be by car, I don't know if there's Uber service on site. In the days we were at the site we were not bothered by the mosquitoes, I believe that it is by season that they appear, but always good to be prevented, we ended up taking spray against insects and bought even the repellent that we didn't even use. It was very worth it, we intend to return for more days!

I had a great stay, I highly recommend it!! I booked with a friend and we had a great experience, cozy place, extremely clean and organized. Very quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Parking in shade and car doesn't get hot!! Good food options nearby and good restaurants

Amazing Stay at the Pé Na Sand Manor in Prado! Our experience was wonderful! The house is perfect for those seeking a balance between rest and fun. The rooms are well divided, comfortable and provide everything needed for a pleasant stay. The host, Rodrigo, was extremely attentive and quick to answer our questions, making our trip even smoother. We recommend the Foot In Sand Mansion for those who want to enjoy the best of Prado. We will certainly be back!

My stay was fantastic! The super new house, exactly as described by the host, extremely clean, the pool and the garden are cleaned daily, perfect house for those with children/pet, all walled, safe gates, flat garden, lawn, does not have any type of plant that offers some kind of risks to them , house near the beach, the condominium is totally safe, 24-hour concierge, has a bakery, grocery store, ice cream shop, burgers, pizzeria, in addition to a playground , a pond and a trail to the beach. The host always very friendly, kind , considerate. I will definitely come back in this paradise, and I recommend it to everyone who knows it.

If you stay in the Backyard of the Colors is to live a unique experience. The house is cozy and full of care. The hostess is human, dedicated and received us with a fresh cake, a gesture that already shows the affection with which it prepares everything. The caprice impresses: the kitchen utensils were all clean and packaged, something I had never seen the same. For those with young children, the place is perfect! The backyard has plenty of room for play, and the pool beach has an ideal depth for the little ones to enjoy safely. A true refuge thought with love. A little piece of peace and affection.

The experience with the home was higher than expected. The dwelling is very new, well decorated, very well thought out in every detail, a real luxury. In addition to being very airy, it offers an integrated first-rate swimming pool with a gourmet area and a barbecue. The host was super considerate all the time, and promptly responded to all demands. House for discerning guests, super indico.

Helenice, was receptive and attentive in every detail, a person enlightened by God, who put us at ease. The Studio met our expectation, (it was an extension of our house) comfortable and with everything necessary for our stay, as well as a clean pool and daily maintenance, we also liked the outdoor area, well cared for. The Studio is very close to Playa de Guaratiba, where there are kiosks that meet the demand well. I couldn't help but talk about the partner Petra (dog) who during our stay was fun and affectionate that I missed. Thank you all, God bless you! I recommend it.

The bungalow is a charm, is a few meters from the beach (which is super quiet), it is the same as the photos!! The hosts are very helpful and friendly. It has all the necessary utensils and a very pleasant atmosphere. The condominium is beautiful and safe. I recommend and hope to return soon!
