Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia de Ipanema - Paraná

André and Flavia's apartment is right in front of the beach, so you can go for a walk on the sand or swim in the sea and come back to rest or maybe swim in the condominium pool! It was a great experience and I would definitely come back.

The apartment is excellent — super cared for, clean and very comfortable. You can see that it was prepared with affection. Nice environment, organized and exactly like in the pictures. I highly recommend it!

From the booking to the last day of stay everything was very good! The first time we used airbnb and we already had a wonderful experience, they always responded quickly and politely, gave suggestions for places to eat and hang out. The extremely clean and organized environment, it felt like home! We'll be back more often for sure!!

Extremely clean house, close to the beach, very safe, has all the utensils you need (including beach chairs, sun umbrellas and cart), hostess allowed checkin with flexible schedule because we would arrive in the city before, attentive and responsive to answering questions about the place, and gave us some tips of where there was a market and fishmills. Mariana was super receptive, friendly and very attentive to my family. The house is exactly as in the photos, very well ventilated, large, with all the necessary household utensils available, the pool is very well maintained and the rooms are very good. The region is also great, it has everything nearby (pharmacies, gas station, restaurants, markets). We will definitely return as soon as possible :D

Excellent stay on Ilha do Mel. Well-located environment, with a beautiful view and adequate structure. Unfortunately, one of the fans stopped working, so we got hot, but that was just a detail and didn't disrupt the stay. Note 10! Only the bottom fan didn't work with the intense heat.

The apartment is exactly as described. Impeccable, comfortable. New and clean kitchen utensils. We love the place, condominium with many activities for children even in rainy weather. A Jurema always very nice. I recommend it and we intend to return.

The apartment is great. Very well organized, and has a large balcony overlooking the sea. The building is on the edge of the beach itself. The internet was better than expected. The building and the neighborhood are not very loud. It has restaurants and supermarket nearby, which can be reached on foot. Douglas quickly answered all questions.

I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore. We will definitely come back more often.

The property's location is wonderful, seafront!!! In a very quiet region and close to the east beach bustle and Ipanema, Matinhos and Caiobá on the other side. The condominium with a very good structure in the outdoor areas, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor gaming structure. Super recommend and we'll be back in the summer for sure!
