Lu Melo's apartment was perfect, in a great location & a very secure building. It was always easy to get an Uber to get around town & Lu Melo always responded quickly to any questions I had. The view is wonderful too so great to wake up to an ocean view every day. A fab place to stay I would certainly stay again.

Amazing stay! The ocean view from the apartment is absolutely breathtaking — perfect for sunsets. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. Great location in Barra with lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops all within walking distance. Super convenient and safe area. Would definitely stay here again!

Quiet and tranquil, yet good food and music in walking distance. Great for one or two people. Almost private beach literally across the street. Concierge people were also excellent. Left in much better shape than when I arrived. I couldn’t have liked it more and will be back!

Luiz is very professional and showed flexibility when I needed something. the apartment itself has everything you need and has a wonderful view. it's modern and has an equipped kitchen and a smart tv (that I didn't even turn on). it was spotless clean when I arrived and is in a neighborhood where you'll find everything you need, restaurants, supermarkets and obviously the beach which is literally down the building. The only thing that could bother some people is that it's right on Barra's beach, which is usually busy so it wont be quiet, especially on weekends. If you are like me and enjoy sleeping in a dark room, there is a black out curtain but unfortunately in the angles theoght can sneak in so there will be some light in the room every morning. I'm mentioning this out of transparency but Luiz is an outstanding host. he has other properties that can also be suitable depending on your preferences.

Marcia is very kind, the apartment is spacious, comfortable beds and pillows and the view of the sea is peaceful, the only thing I missed was a lamp on the bedside table to read. There are places to have coffee, breakfast and lunch. I 100% recommend Marcia's apartment.

Good location. Right in the center of the village. Close to restaurants and shops. Reinan great host. sra Vane who welcomed us as well.

The stay was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos, super-equipped and everything is new. Heated pool, barbecue, equipped kitchen, bed linen, air conditioning in all rooms. In other words: all equipped. It is in an excellent condominium. Access from the house to the beach takes about 3 minutes and is done by an electric cart from the condominium. The host Eduardo couldn't be better. From booking to checkout, he always responded practically online, available, attentive, flexible and even gave very good tips. The recommendation to hire cook Eliana, housekeeper Nathalia and barbecue chef Josué made our stay even more special. First-class service and they did everything. In other words: the stay was not an expense, it was an investment. We left wanting to come back

Everything was great! My group and I had an amazing time at the place and everything went well.

We were in a group of 9 adults, 2 children and 1 baby. The Val house is large, well decorated and very well cared for. Frente Mar, a very good swimming pool and a 3rd floor offurô. All rooms and upstairs air-conditioned tb room. All Val's employees were very cordial and our stay was perfect! I will return and recommend!

The house is beautiful, elegantly decorated and very well equipped. Very comfortable and cozy. The indicated employees were efficient and the food made by Regina delicious. Christine has been perfect since booking day. Always very attentive, proactive, efficient and fast in response. Very solicitous, always willing to help. Received us with a delicious basket! The beach is almost private and very beautiful. The house is very close to the beach, just a short walk through the beautiful condo. Super recommend staying in this magazine house!

The best place we could choose to stay. Two blocks from the beach, the area is very quiet and one block away there is a supermarket. The house is amazing and the pool gives it a huge plus, since it gets dark early, at 6 pm it's already dark and getting home and having the pool to cool off was the best! There is also an outdoor shower, next to the pool, which was very useful after arriving from the beach. The terrace, which is in front of the pool, is also very good, with two tables, ideal for eating there, and especially at night, since there is wind and it is nice to cool off there. On the other hand, the house's facilities, everything was excellent and impeccable. The bedrooms, closet and bathrooms are very spacious and nice! We would definitely stay in this place again, totally recommended! Vitor was very kind, welcomed us very warmly and always responded very quickly, very good communication, plus he let us in ahead of time, and that's really appreciated!

The house is definitely beautiful and well furnished. Wonderful staff (Marluce and Chef Peu) and concierge (Danielle) . The gated community is upscale and the surroundings are beautiful. The gated community provides excellent security and amenities. Supermarket and drugstore within walking distance from the gate and the Village is very easy to go and visit. The beach is not as close and is not great from swimming especially for kids as it sort of unexplored but there are plenty of beaches nearby to explore. All in all a great experience.

The stay at João's house was really amazing, Nalva and Sara were with us the days we were there, cooking divinely and leaving everything very organized. João was very helpful, he helped us a lot The house was impeccable, very clean, exactly as in the photos, had all the utensils and utilities we needed I'll come back for sure more times. 10/10

What an incredible coverage!!! We chose this coverage to gather the family to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday and family reunion. There were 8 of us, and we were very well accommodated. The apartment is spacious and very cozy, very welcoming. We felt at home. Grace is an excellent host. Always available, 24/7. Everything went super well and we had no problems. I requested a late checkout on the last day and was promptly attended to. Everyone in the family loved it and on another occasion we will definitely return to this beautiful and cozy penthouse. I recommend your stay, all according to the listing description. The apto is located in a very good condominium, safely, excellent swimming pool, gym, courts and still has a very good market next door. Great choice and the hosts are to be congratulated on the service.

The apartment is very cozy and faces the sea!!! City has exceeded all expectations!! Very well-kept condominium and very attentive receptionists, they even gave us coconuts straight from the tree!

This place had beautiful views! We loved being able to hear the ocean in the evenings. The building amenities were nice with the pool and a children’s playroom. The private beach access was nice, however it was a little difficult getting down the steps/over the rocks once you left the condominium entrance. We had kids and older parents with us and had to be very conscious of no one falling. The building is very safe with plenty of security around and only letting approved uber drivers in. Paula was super friendly letting us know about the area and extra kids toys, pool things, and mattresses etc. that were available which we greatly appreciated traveling with young children. The unit was very clean and as described. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again one day!

The structure is excellent! The accommodation offers coworking, gym, rooftop, swimming pool and direct access to the beach — all very well cared for, clean and organized. I stayed 10 days in the accommodation, went to work and took the opportunity to tour, so it is worth adding that it is also very well located, facilitating transportation in apps and even walking. I recommend it!
