Hello, I spent 7 days with my family at João's house and it was just wonderful. The house corresponds perfectly to forró. It is large, ventilated, has comfortable beds, swimming pool always clean and cared for. But the cherry of the cake of the stay, was to hire the service of Nice. What a polite, helpful, kind woman. I highly recommend it. You have the entire structure of a beach house close to Fortaleza, without having to waste a lot of time on commuting. We managed to walk to a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, even to the beach and Beach Park. Administrator Raimundo is very helpful and the great host. We'll be back for sure.

Our stay was great, the apartment is large, it was well organized and clean, the apartment we stayed in accommodates several people comfortably, it has utensils. It's ventilated, the balcony is great. Our trip was quick and we had to check out early, but we'd definitely be back. The host Márcio is a very good person, easy and quick communication, we forgot a phone in the apartment and he helped us promptly.

It is worth mentioning the privileged location of the building, which is close to the waterfront and a good infrastructure that includes restaurants, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, bank etc. The process of picking up and returning the keys, as well as access to the parking lot, was quiet next to the reception of the building thanks to the performance of Alonso (highlight), Aurélio and Guilherme. The experience was very positive. Afonso is really very attentive, always available to explain and answer any questions. In addition, he was very helpful in helping us when there was any issue. He informed us in advance of the rules of the apartment, and the surroundings, recommending nearby markets and possible restaurants. About the apartment, outstanding, the balcony is amazing and we even ventured to sleep in one of the hammocks available. The pool and the view from up there, no words!!! The bed is also great, the shower is amazing, only compliments for the structure of the place. We felt at home. The 24-hour concierge makes the experience even better, which allowed us to have the feeling of security of being able to leave and enter at any time. We highly recommend it, it will be a unique experience. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location! Pleasant, quiet neighborhood, decoration and amenities available better than many 4-star hotels. Location that is not far from the waterfront, but also not close enough to be bothered by traffic, for example. You can walk to the beach and there are good beach bars near the apartment's street. The host was super helpful, sending us directions to places that we visited and were really worth it. Returning to Fortaleza, I will definitely stay at João's place!

The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Its location is ideal—just a short walk to the oceanfront promenade (orla), and the highlight: the breathtaking view. Waking up each morning to the sight of the ocean was simply priceless. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!
