The apartment is right on the beach with a magnificent view of the garden and the sea. It is approximately 100 steps from the sea! We have been renting the apartment on Airbnb for over 9 years. We have had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over this time, we have gained expertise in welcoming guests. We have contracts with a laundry service, an air conditioning company, and a handyman who is available 24 hours a day. The cleaning staff is excellent.

My apto. is facing the sea. You can walk to the mall. The building is of good frequency, the outside area is quiet. My space is suitable for couples and families 6 people . The ap. is well taken care, of course, renovated, air cond., tile floor, built-in arm, barbecue and balcony . There is beach service with umbrellas and chairs, heated swimming pool, sauna , gym and tennis court. There is ice maq. in the building for guest use.It is not possible to smoke in the apt.
