Very spacious, cosy, comfortable apartment, close to the beaches, well ventilated, with very good spaces to stay with family. it was very worth it and for sure we will come back more often

The host was super polite, kind, always answered when she had any questions. It was flexible with the check-in and check-in times. Super clean and very large the apartment, in addition to the great location. But it would be interesting to have a washing machine, because in my case we were 5 people, being 2 children, and as it rained several days, the wet clothes could not dry. Only the machine was missing. But our stay was good.

Wonderful apartment and condominium. Complete with gym, sauna, rooftop pool with a gorgeous look. Private garage and impeccable apartment a few meters from the Mall ribeira shopping mall that has everything you can imagine. There are boat tours that come out of the river sack and with a 10-minute walk you go to other beach houses, Sununga and Lázaro

Cristiano super kind and request. Super easy to talk to and always on the phone. I had a health problem and we were able to reschedule the dates. Apartment exactly as described, very clean, super equipped and very beautiful. The complex is very beautiful, as in the photos, but I would say that it is a little poorly managed in some aspects. The hot water pool was dirty for a few days and the jacuzzi has a schedule to be turned on, if the complex is not too crowded, even if you ask. The only observation point in the apartment is the mattresses and sofas, which are very soft. I would definitely rent again :)

The house is very well equipped, it has everything we need for a quiet and hassle-free season. The barbecue on the balcony is excellent, we had a great time there! The beach area is impeccable, with a great structure and condominium staff who are always helpful and friendly. A special highlight for the condominium's ice machine, which was super useful for cooling the drink from the cooler we took to the sand. No doubt an experience to repeat! I recommend with my eyes closed.

Bedding in great condition and amenities in all bathrooms. Safe location, with cameras and easy access to the beach and tourist spots. The only detail is that unfortunately the bathtub had no hot water. The stay was excellent!

I rented Casa Lia to celebrate my birthday and it was a WONDERFUL choice! The house comfortably accommodated the 26 guests, even in the bad weather. Before booking, I confirmed if I could have DJs and speakers, and they assured me that the sound was released, but I was reported by noise on Airbnb. The house was impeccable, with comfortable rooms, which pleased everyone. However, the wifi did not work properly, hampering communication with the co-host, ñ had a mobile phone network.I ran for Gabi's food service, but the quality did not justify the HIGH price. The moqueca came full of thorns and almost caused a gagging on a child, everyone was unhappy, I'm glad we brought barbecue! The vegan portions were small, and when ordering niver cakes that were good, she took a large chunk, which I found inelegant. The breakfast is good. Voltaria for sure, as the house is perfect, but no extra services

Simply wonderful house, swimming pool, sauna, ofurô all in perfect operation. We found the house very clean and organized with all necessary utensils. The always helpful and attentive host, gave us all the attention! Nice condominium good for walking , taking a waterfall bath. Super recommend!!!

We took a family trip, it was the 2nd time we stayed at the house and everyone loved it, spacious and clean rooms, the difference is the heated pool, you don't even want to leave the house! We had a few small issues, but we scored for Sandra, nothing that impacted our experience. The complimentary cake was delicious, we had a good time. We'll be back!! :)

Janaína was extremely courteous and quick to instruct us on how to get to the place and how to use the house's resources. Clean, comfortable, well-equipped place where we could rest and enjoy both the nature of the beaches that are easily accessible in the surroundings, as well as the pool with hot water that was very useful on slightly cloudy days. The internet signal in the house is excellent. The condominium's infrastructure is great. The house has resources available that allow us to have more comfort, such as beach chairs, sun umbrellas, and other leisure items. In the condominium, it is also possible to receive food orders via the app, which makes it easier when you don't want to cook. But on the days we used the kitchen, we had all the necessary utensils available. The rooms have great air-conditioning and good bed and mattress structure. Thank you for your hospitality Janaína!
