Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia de Paripueira

The location is great. The view is amazing. Good mattress, good shower and cozy feeling. We did not use all the appliances - only the microwave, fridge and the AC. They worked with no issues. When we checked out we were pleased to meet Janet who was at the lobby. She was very sweet. Communication before and during the stay was great.

Our stay was great! The host was super understanding and flexible when we arrived. The photos match the location perfectly. Regarding the noises we saw in other reviews, they did not bother us, only sirens at specific times, nothing that would disturb us.

The super clean apartment, the condominium has a very good leisure area, by the sea. Well-equiped apartment.

I loved Maria's apt! Wonderful location! Everything was clean and it was as the photos showed. Functional apartment. Maria, from the first contact, is always ready to respond and answer questions. I highly recommend it!

We really liked the property and it suited us perfectly (both for the location, parking and interior space). The children's items were very useful (the toys mainly) and the accessory items too (cooler for example).

My family and I loved our stay, the beautiful, organized, clean AP, the sheets, towels and pillows with a wonderful clean smell. Close to everything, and experience was good mto.

We spent 8 days, it is just as seen in the photos, ideal to base and go for a walk, Renato is very attentive to everything, super recommended. I would definitely come back.

Nice place to stay up to 3 people in my opinion. It is very well located, and the building is very well maintained! Safety is also a plus in this place, there is a security guard in front of the building and you only can get access to the main lobby if you have your fingerprints registered within your picture. Location is very good, and there is a laundromat right by the entrance, and a supermarket within .2 miles away. I recommend!

Casa located in good gated condominium with exclusive access to the beach and the Hibiscus Beach Club. Well equipped with appliances and kitchenware. Very nice. The beach, although still in the City of Maceió, is quite quiet, approximately 40 minutes from the center. It was what we were looking for to rest and relax. The host receives very well, very much requests, responds quickly, gives several tips on everything you need. I recommend and will be staying there next to Maceió.

Our stay was absolutely amazing here! The house is not only beautiful and perfectly located, it's also smartly and tastefully built. It has everything one may need, the rooms are large and airy, everything works seamlessly and we spent countless hours in the garden, pool and at the beach, which you reach in less than 10 seconds by foot. What a little heaven on earth. Camila was absolutely wonderful to us, flexible and kind, responsive and understanding, making our stay even better. Also, our cook and cleaning help Nana & team added the extra touch, by making us feel at home straight away and understanding our needs with her attention and discretion. There were also so many great amenities for the pool and for playing for our kids, it was simply perfect. We had a beautiful time with our family and can only highly recommend this beautiful place! Casa has excellent space, short walk to the beach, spacious and clean house. Maria Regina is always at your disposal . Sandra marvellous cook, cheerful, fun , made some wonderful pies and cakes my God. Nearby there is not much to do, like good restaurants, places to go out at night, there is only beach and rest even with family . Very quiet and safe condominium.

Bryan's house is beautiful, super comfortable and with all the utensils for a delicious stay. The experience of enjoying the rooftop spa at night, after spending the day at the beach, is amazing! About S. Miguel dos Milagres, I think it's more worthwhile to go out of season on the weekend, we went from Sunday to Tuesday and didn't have many options other than the Beach Clubs.

I stayed at Alexandre's apartment on April 13 and 18. On both occasions, everything was clean and organized and everything went well. Check in was fast, the location is great and the apartment is very comfortable. I recommend.

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

The apartment was excellent! Very comfortable, clean and with great location close to the beach and restaurants. Host, who was extremely attentive, helpful, and always available to help with what was needed. I definitely recommend!

nice place, easy check in, comfy hammock overlooking the ocean and a comfy bed. the area is safe and the street has some beach bars and an upmarket supermarket. it is worth noticing that the hot water in the apartment wasnt working, but to be fair i did not mention this to our host during the stay because it was hot enough not to need it. i would recommend this place, very nice for the price paid
