We have air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, a kitchen equipped with utensils, a minibar and a cooktop. We are 300 meters from the beach of Ilha das Cabras. We do not allow loud noise or barbecues. Check-in is from 5 p.m. and check-out is until 1 p.m., and may be adjustable, subject to availability. We have stairs to climb.

For this, I provide the annex of the house on the sand with 2 super comfortable and functional suites, in addition to a swimming pool, lunch table, terrace facing the sea and 2 parking spaces at Praia das Cigarras. Dogs and visitors other than guests are not allowed, if this occurs, a daily rate will be charged. * The house accommodates 8 people and unfortunately we do not accept extra guests.

Approximately 50 meters from the Rio/Santos Highway (São Sebastião/Caraguatatuba Highway), Cigarras Beach 2.7 km away, Arrastão Beach 3 km away, town center 6 km away, São Sebastião/Ilhabela ferry crossing 7 km away. Businesses such as a market, pizzeria and restaurant are approximately 1.5 km away.

Welcome to Ourhouse.ilhabela!! Fully private suite, with external access and garage. Guests will have easy access to everything they need in this centrally located place, close to markets, convenience stores, pharmacies, bakeries, etc. We live in the main house, we have + one totally private accommodation in this location (only the garage and flights of stairs are shared). The space is accessed from the side of the house.

São Sebastião has beautiful beaches and paradisiacal nature, cultural and sports attractions, as well as great gastronomy. And our space is very close to all of that.
