O espaço é bastante seguro. Também ficamos próximo ao embarque para ilha do Mel. Estacionamento: O carro pode ser estacionado ao lado, com portão ou em frente a casa, nunca tivemos problema. Próximo a mercados, posto de saúde, restaurantes, pizzaria, academia e tudo o que você precisar. Venha e não se arrependerá!
