Cozy beachfront apartment (10m from ocean)

Our recently renovated apt faces the beach and has an exclusive and gorgeous view to the ocean! There is only a garden with palm trees, birds, and a playground between our balcony and the sand. The apt is very cozy and can take large groups or families who want to rest and enjoy the sun. You will have coffee looking at the beach. Our building offers daily beach service, which includes tents, chairs and tables set up for our guests. Our building is 5 min away from the shops and supermarket

The building's location is privileged in the Riviera. Just a wonderful garden that separates the building from the beach. It is also close to the mall, which allows for a walk at the end of the day with the family without worrying about driving or parking (nearest distance 1.2 km). The building has beach service, the staff put out 4 chairs and 1 umbrella/apt early in the morning and remove them around 5 pm. Fixed location. You need to bring bed and bath linens to the apartment.

Magnificent View, really right on the sand!!!!

The apartment is right on the beach with a magnificent view of the garden and the sea. It is approximately 100 steps from the sea! We have been renting the apartment on Airbnb for over 9 years. We have had more than 300 families stay with us. Maximum Airbnb rating! Over this time, we have gained expertise in welcoming guests. We have contracts with a laundry service, an air conditioning company, and a handyman. The cleaning staff is excellent.
