Spacious and airy apartment. Great for hosting a group of up to 5 adults and 2 children. The location is perfect, next to the center of Praia Grande. Close to several shops, markets (Carrefour and Extra), restaurants, banks... It is 400 meters from the beach. We offer, as a courtesy, a parking space for small cars, if you have a large car, there is a PAID parking lot next to the condominium. Check-in is between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. or 10 p.m. and check-out is by 5 p.m.
