Holiday rentals with a patio in Praia do Caiçara

Our stay was excellent, we stayed for 4 days. The building is exactly the same as in the pictures, well organized and with great structure. We enjoyed the swimming pool, gym and bikes of the condominium, which were perfect for strolling along the beach bike path. The location is very good, with markets and restaurants nearby. The apartment is compact but comfortable and well ventilated, we hardly need to use the air conditioning. The balcony is a positive point, great for relaxing. There are some works around, which follow the allowed time, but generate a little noise during the day. As a suggestion, it would be interesting to provide basic cleaning items, such as trash bags, detergent, dishcloths. Plus, just compliments! The hosts were very attentive and the concierge staff always polite. We would definitely return!

It was wonderful the days we were in. We felt at home, all clean, good quality, comfortable. And a Franscisca super attentive, gentle and answered everything at the same time you asked, before during and after the stay. All amazing, there's nothing to complain about except you can't get any more rsrs, we'll go more soon for sure.

The stay was great, as were the guidelines from the host Daniel. Nearby markets, gas stations, gyms and restaurants as well. A single addendum about the negative points was the bad smell in the bedding, the sofa that had some stains of past dirt and the curtains, for not being blackout, it was very bright inside the studio in the morning. Still, we would return to the studio in the future.

We rented the house for the holiday with friends and it was really a find! Excellent location, great restaurants, bars, beach close to the house.. The house is super equipped, it had everything we needed, even netflix haha, we love it! Of course there are new opportunities we will return more often!!

Location is great, mto good beach. Check in was super easy and flexible. It's really pet friendly, the dogs loved the yard.

I spent the holiday at Kelly's home together with my family, we got in early, but we paid a separate amount so we could check in earlier. We loved the stay, cozy house, I loved that I had toys for my 1 year old baby to play, he loved and had a lot of fun. The only point is that the pool is different from the photos of the ad, I think they decreased until I forgot to comment with Kelly, but even so we used the pool between few people, until my baby came in with the float. I hope to come back more often, the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Thanks for your stay Kelly!!!

Vinicius from the beginning of the location was extremely attentive and polite, clarified all my doubts and always made available if there were needs. The house is extremely close to the beach, very cozy and pleasant, well ventilated, the pool area is super comfortable to enjoy with the family. We were able to enjoy a lot and we will definitely come back more often.

The house is very simple but it met our needs well. Pool and location are a great differential that was worth a lot. The service and attention of Alessandra also counted a lot. It was a great weekend.

Amazing accommodation for a couple, my fiancé and I got off by bus and upon arriving at the apartment everything very clean and cozy, what surprised me very much in the apt were the basic items such as a simple detergent in the sink, dishwashing bushes, toilet paper in the bathroom, (simple things that I did not find in other stays..) bed cloths and carpets all clean, we feel the touch of love in each corner of the apt. Regarding the location, it was our first time in aviation, it really has everything about, but we left for dinner and we found bar options, real food rice and beans rs’ and good music only in Guilhermina a few minutes from the apartment, we were walking and finally a super delicious tour. Vilmar always very polite, Thank you so much for your stay, we will be back for sure.

We love the stay. Super attentive Antonio, I responded whenever I needed it. The place is literally just across the avenue and it's already beach.. pity we only stayed 2 nights kkk nor did we want to leave kk. The only problem is that there are no screens on the windows and balcony. For those with a small child it must be difficult kkk mine is already 7 years old, so it's quieter.. Otherwise, I highly recommend it! ❤️

The apartment matches the description very well. There is a supermarket very close, 150 meters from the location. The beach is three blocks from the apartment... the view is exceptional and panoramic. I liked that it has a grill and everything can be bought very close

In addition, the service of the broker Lili was unsatisfactory. At times, it felt like we were asking for a favor, even though we paid a significant amount, including the additional fee for the change in the number of guests. There was a delay in the delivery of some documents due to the rush of the day, and one of the guests was unable to access the digital CNH. The gatekeepers were understanding and gave us a deadline, but Lili insisted on the matter in an exaggerated manner and without any flexibility. Faced with these questions, Alexandre, I believe that you yourself should manage the rentals of the property to ensure a more adequate service.
