Just like the photos, the beach park is behind the condominium. Several nearby restaurants and markets as well. I found the place to be very quiet, but we didn't go out much at night. I'll be back again, for sure☺️.

A very well decorated and beautiful apartment. Although the building is old and has many apartments under renovation, Daiane's is wonderful, well-equipped, has everything and was very clean.

Ótima the convenience corresponds with the listing the place is not the best (neighborhood) but matches what is said a little dangerous and you can't do anything on foot I recommend a car, inside the ap is top everything very big clean and accommodates very well all the people the old building was under renovation when I went then had noise but maybe in another time it is different, I loved the quick help of the helpful hosts and always offering the best they can recommend yes!

Apartment as described on the listing. The condominium has good space for children to play and the pools have the water at a pleasant temperature. The hosts are kind and helpful. The location is great for those who want to enjoy Praia do Futuro, Sabiaguaba and Prainha. The only thing is that at night the indication is to always ride your own car or Uber because the avenue is very dark. I only have to thank the hosts for their hospitality.

My stay at Luciana and Renan's apartment was amazing. They were kind in recommending us things to do and always very attentive to answer any questions. I didn't have any problems. The apartment is large and comfortably accommodates 5 people, the location is excellent, close to everything, a maximum of 15 minutes from anywhere I needed to go. I felt at home, so much so that I already made another reservation for the end of the month. I recommend it to everyone looking for a good, quiet and safe place to stay during your trip to Fortaleza. I live in Fortaleza and booked the apartment for a family getaway and everyone loved it. We will definitely be back. Once again, I thank the host for his willingness to always clarify any doubts. Roberto and Mychele's Apt is best for the listing, because the location is perfect in a resort with all our convenience, and next to the beach park I was interested in. There are basic items to make all meals if you don't want to go to a restaurant. It has a nearby market. Communication, cleanliness, comfort, conservation, everything excellent. I recommend to anyone who wants days of fun or rest, the tb resort is excellent. It is advisable to buy the ticket p beach park if you pay attention to the days they work.
