Relax in this quiet and safe ocean-view accommodation. Great for leisure or home office. Come sleep to the sound of the sea with the waves gently breaking and a feeling of peace. Just cross the street, grab the beach chair and enjoy, a NON-shared space generating more comfort and privacy. There is no garage, but we have nearby recommendations. Apartment with a cinematic view and right on the sand. Ocean view from all rooms. Beyond cozy, in the best location in the city. Close to everything, shopping, bars and a variety of restaurants. TV + Wi-Fi Kitchen for everyday cooking Bedroom with a double bed Living room with a sofa bed :( Since not everything is perfect. Unfortunately, there are no parking spaces): Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space to the sound of the sea, as your stays here will be unforgettable.

Cozy apartment in the upscale neighborhood of São Vicente-Itarare on Praia dos Milionários, fully assembled and equipped, with high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, bed and bath linens, fantastic sea view, foot in the sand, high floor, beautiful sunset, panoramic view of the Bay and suspension bridge, close to diverse shops such as restaurants, bars, convenience stores, supermarkets, bakery, laundry, kiosks etc..., parking space subject to availability on the date. A unique experience!!!

Beautiful apartment located in the best region of São Vicente, overlooking the sea and standing on the sand. We offer a parking space near the location. Close to restaurants, bars, pharmacies, supermarkets and the city's main beaches. Ape features air conditioning, 350Mb Wi-Fi, 55” TV with open channels and Netflix, complete trousseau, comfortable bed and sofa bed, full kitchen, plus a dining table with a breathtaking view. Excellent Studio on the beach block, less than 150 meters. Close to Brisamar shopping mall, Extra Supermarket on Avenida Presidente Wilson and Biquinha, close to the famous Gaudio Restaurant, bars, bakeries, pharmacies, banks and kiosks, all within easy walking distance. The building has a 24-hour concierge, in a great location and is safe. IT DOES NOT HAVE A GARAGE, but we have a partnership with a nearby parking lot that provides a discount for our guests.
