It is approximately 100 meters from the neighborhood's main market as well as the Jureia bakery. Close to several waterfalls, Guaraú River (three minutes by car) and the Beach (less than two minutes by car)

The house has an integrated living room and bedroom, bathroom, open kitchen with all the utensils for preparing meals or a barbecue. In the outdoor area, we have a barbecue, sink and table with four chairs, a small swimming pool (1 meter deep), large closed garage (30m²) but it only fits one car due to the laundry in the same space, and a garden with plants and fruit trees. I have an aquarium and a nursery in the yard that I take care of every morning.
