The building is very old, but the apartment is new and modern. Everything is well arranged, well indicated for a very peaceful stay. The building is very quiet and the porters are very polite, it was a very quiet stay, I highly recommend and I will definitely be back. Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!

This was the second time my family and I stayed at Edson's AP, and we'll be back many times, for sure. The location is very good, close to hypermarkets, pharmacies, conveniences. For those who go by bus, the bus station is less than 5 minutes by car. The Host always responds very quickly and politely. note mil!
