I will start with the house... identical to the photos, to be sincere... even better in person, all very clean, cozy, smelly and very well equipped. The location.. without words! just going to see which words do not define, who wants to rest in a little piece of paradise is there. About your Vavá, dearest person, an energy too good, always very attentive and helpful. I don't give any more stars because here it's only 5 kkkk Mr.Vaavá we'll go back saw! For those who will read this comment I speak, just go! Because at the time of leaving, the sadness of hahaha Sr. Vavá Thank you for everything! Your place is worth 10 stars.

The location of the house is excellent, facing the sea. The house is impeccable cleaning with furniture and well-maintained utensils, has a very beautiful lawn and excellent care for children to play. The lady who takes care of the house is very attentive and requests, and André (owner) gives up a lot of attention and speed in answering questions, and is always worried that everything will go in the best way. The only observation is a bar next to it and order a little until 2, 3 o'clock in the morning, at the most it's all very nice.

The house is spectacular, much more beautiful than in the photos, super clean, organized, equipped and all the equipment working. Sarah is very polite and helpful. We love the stay and we recommend it for sure!

Fernando's house is wonderful and very tasteful. It has all the necessary amenities and is very well equipped, even with a shelf full of great books. The gardens are very well maintained and pleasant. The house is very close to the beach, surrounded by lush nature. In the period we went, in early June, Itamambuca is a very quiet beach, ideal for a relaxing stay. Fernando was very attentive and gave us good tips.

The place is amazing, we had a little problem with rainwater entering the second floor but otherwise it was all perfect, the hosts are extremely friendly and responded to all my messages quickly! In the end is well worth it if you like a Boa Vista, a good location for the beaches beyond the very nice and cozy space! I hope to return some day

Juliet's place is wonderful! It doesn't make you want to leave. The lawn is amazing. The dogs love to play in it. The house is a 5-minute walk from Lazaro beach and 10 min walk from Sununga beach. If you have the mood to walk a little more, it is easy to reach the beach of Domingas Dias (paradise on Earth). Staff, they can rent the house without fear. It is well worth it. Julieta and Railda are amazing people.

Super recommend! Casa foot in the sand, large, very spacious and complete in terms of utensils, furniture and appliances. Delicious beach, quiet, perfect for family, the children were at ease and enjoyed a lot. It has 2 nearby beaches, to which we walked (Sununga and Domingas Dias). There are some speedboat options on the beach, in addition to some restaurants that even deliver the orders in the shade of the tree in front of the house. Nearby convenience stores, supermarkets, gas station and pharmacy. The host and the caretakers are super helpful. City Council resolve any demand with affection and agility. A differential that impressed us was the host's concern to provide a more peaceful check in for guests, providing some toilet and cleaning items, as well as a gallon of water. This made our arrival quieter, being able to enjoy the atmosphere and the beach already at first. Excellent experience!

Her place is like a dream! The house is beautiful furnished and the view is amazing! She is a great host. I also like that you can walk to the beach. This place is worth every penny and for sure I’m coming back!

Excellent house as advertised, safe, airy, no smell, main item for those who have an allergic family member, we only used the car to go to other beaches, the main services can be done on foot, flexibility in check-in and check-out times, host is a 10. We will definitely go back and indicate .

My days in the house were amazing. Eduardo super friendly and helpful, facilitated my check in, cleared all my doubts. A Hero a sweetheart, always available. She checks every detail of the house before delivery. A light was in bad contact and she promptly brought someone to tidy up. When there was a power outage in the neighborhood and sent msg she was super fast on the return. Which in the end did not even need, because the energy dropped for less than 10 minutes. The girls who helped us in the kitchen and organization of the house were also amazing, super attentive, organized and helpful. The house is super complete, clean and smelling bed and bath linen, even beach towel made available. Full kitchen, gourmet area. The pool wasn't warming because it was still summer season, but it was air-conditioned. The house is super close to the beach, which is very private (there is no kiosk or walking - only the ice cream boy) the region is super quiet and safe. The house is too beautiful, I loved by vdd!

We loved the stay!!! Comfortable house, very well taken care of, privacy and tranquility. Very close to the beach, supermarkets nearby! We even extended our stay for another day and everything was smooth without any bureaucracy. We will definitely return.

The apartment in Itamambuca is simply fantastic and I can recommend it with all my heart. The garden is very nice and there are many birds and also other animals such as opposition, etc. The way to the beach is very close and the equipment of the apartment is brilliant. I'm sure I'll be back.

Full house, spacious and well-functioning. It is not far from the beach. It has comfortable furnishings, spacious rooms, working bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen, mainly with electrical utensils. Good communication with the owners. I just thought the check-in time was too late. We made early check in with an extra fee payment of about a quarter of the amount of one night. I also think it is valid to make it clear that there is only a small parasol available (important because the house accommodates up to 11 people and the parasol holds no more than 3 people). But super recommend the house. Great cost-benefit and would come back easy!

I'm my family. Total of 8 people and a dog we spent an amazing weekend at Lucas' house. The well-equipped house was not missing anything for us to eat. Clean bathrooms, working showers, hot water in the kitchen sink, lawn in the middle of the house, working air-conditioning and there is no smell of mold in the bedrooms. We hope to come back more often. Lucas always very polite and kind 🙏 we are grateful to share a space like this that we have a good time

Villa very close to the beach! It's inside the condominium, and it's pretty quiet! The house has pots, glasses, cutlery among other utensils available for use! I stayed in houses in Ubatuba that smelled strongly of mold, and Manu's house did not have any smell! Casa clean and organized!

We loved the house, met the expectation of the family, including the doguinha. The only thing that bothered us a little was in relation to a large number of mosquitoes and flies, but this is because of having wasted terrain behind and on the side, outside it has a great kitchen, bedrooms with pillows and comfortable mattress, the family missed a washing machine, but the tank was enough to suit everyone.

All as described. House in a quiet condominium, the Imaculada house was always very requested. Super close to Lázaro beach, in a less crowded area of the beach, which was great for us as we had a 1.5 year old baby. The house was clean and tidy. All very good, I recommend it.
