The house shares the land with another house, where we rent rooms. However, each house has its own entrance and an exclusive patio. It has a shared laundry area.

We have direct access to the beach, and you can walk about 5 minutes through the dunes to Costão do Santinho and Praia dos Ingleses. This house was built in the back of my land and a differential is that you will be right at the entrance of the dunes and can go to the beach walking through the dunes or 5 minutes by car to the center of Ingleses.
