We had an excellent stay! As soon as we arrived, there was fresh coffee and a delicious cake! Marcio was very attentive and responded very quickly every time I sent a message! The house really is very cozy!! He left nothing to be desired! We look forward to returning soon!

Perfect and highly recommended. Close to the beach, with a view of the sea. We went to two beaches on foot, one we took a 15-minute trail, in which I recommend going prepared with tennis and taking some snacks, because the terrain is very irregular and there are no vendors and kiosks, but the beach is absolutely perfect. Our accommodation was equally perfect, we took advantage of everything the place offers, barbecue, wood stove and even sleeping to the sound of the sea and waking up with the same view. The place was clean, the host was always willing and has the basic kitchen utensils. Everything was perfect for us.

Without a doubt the best accommodation of all, the condominium is super calm, clean and safe. Always has staff at your disposal, the view of the rooms is simply WONDERFUL. I simply loved my stay at Mirante da Jana! Every detail was thought out with great care, everything was very well organized and the place is simply stunning! The landscape is surreal, breathtaking… a true paradise for those seeking peace and connection with nature. I would also like to mention Felipe's wonderful service. He was super attentive, picked us up near the ferry (even though it wasn't his obligation) and even gave us great tips on beaches and restaurants in the area. A true host! I recommend it with my eyes closed! Those seeking tranquility, beauty, and an unforgettable view can rent without fear. I miss it already and I will definitely be back!

The house is in Massaguaçu and a 5-minute drive from Cocanha beach (the best beach in my opinion) there is room for more than one car in the garage and you can also take animals, which is even better! House much more beautiful than the pictures. All rooms are suites, very comfortable beds. The swimming pool is actually heated, we enjoyed it until the evening, as we went at the end of April and it was already a lower temperature. All the house's faucets and showers are heated. Shuveiros with a lot of pressure. Overall the house is amazing. It was the whole family, the youngest 3 months old and the oldest at 72 years old and all took advantage of it.

It was all just beautiful! The house, the area, the sea view! Fantastic! We enjoyed it very much, Isilda was always immediately ready to answer our questions or give tips for excursions. Her maid is the pearl of the house, very attentive and fulfills all wishes. Breakfast ready, kitchen and the rest of the house is very clean tidy. It's a peace in the house, we didn't want to leave! But I'm sure we'll be back! We sincerely thank Isilda for the wonderful time we were allowed to spend in her house. 5 stars +, better than any hotel.

The house is wonderful, exactly as described, in a condominium with easy access to the sea. Impeccable decoration and super responsive hosts willing to help. The only point is that the listed jacuzzi is actually hydromassage jets in the pool that is not heated.

The place is delightful, very quiet and well located in a perfect neighborhood for walking, with a market and other amenities very close and a few meters from the beach. The house is very well equipped and the hostess Camila was super helpful and quick to communicate. We recommend the place and on a future opportunity we intend to return!
