Spacious and complete accommodation in a gated community, with 24-hour security and concierge. Accommodates a maximum of eight people, and may be less. Quiet and familiar atmosphere, ideal for a restful night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. It is a few minutes from the best beaches of Arraial D'ajuda (Mucugê, Parracho and Pitinga). Close to downtown and Rua do Mucugê (1500 meters). For your convenience, we do not charge a cleaning fee in advance. You can hire it if you feel the need, at the front desk.

Beautiful house, high standard, on the sand, located in the best luxury condominium in Arraial D'ajuda (Condomínio Águas D'ajuda). Our house is fully air-conditioned, has 4 en-suites (two with king-size beds, two with 2 single beds (which can be converted into a king-size bed) and one en-suite has a lounge with two single mattresses). On the ground floor, we have a complete kitchen integrated with a large living and dining room (with toilet) and a large balcony (with sofa, hammock and table for 8 people).
