The flat is well located , with easy access to the beach , supermarket and bakery. Satisfactory reception service. Condomínio Nova, tranquil and with a sand path to the beach. The beach is quiet , very good for swimming and hiking . Well-equipped Flat, furniture, utensils and new electronics. The only observation is the cleanliness of the room's air conditioning, it had a large amount of dust still coming from the refurbishment of the apartment and that caused us an allergy (rhinitis) on the first day of stay . However , we contacted the company that promptly sent the person responsible for the maintenance and proceeded with the cleaning . In addition, we like the condominium and the flat very much, although at another opportunity, I will give preference to the flats located on the ground floor as we stay on the first floor and the stairs are not inviting at all for those who are on vacation .

I really liked the place, it was very comfortable and the host was very attentive and shared all the information about delivery, tours, etc. Maybe it takes a few more minutes to walk to the main beach but it's in my top favorite places when I go to Maragogi!

Quarto A Vista accommodation 104 at Villa Naluri, is an ideal place to spend a comfortable holiday in Japaratinga. From arrival, the employees of the complex were responsive and helpful to resolve any doubts or inconvenience that arose. It has a private terrace overlooking the ocean, comfortable lounge chairs, counter, minibar, crossing the street is the access to the beach Boqueirao, very nice, how detail the apartment makes it easy for you to lounge chairs and umbrella. Cozy space, exellent stay, super spacious house, clean, helpful host, near the Moses way beach, has an alley almost in front of the condo that arrives on a piece of the beach where there is a tree, a beautiful place to watch the sunrise. I recommend lodging Negative points of the city: lots of trash in the city, extremely polluted and smelly rivers, streets full of holes.

Thales and Alysson are very polite and proactive, Studio is very cozy, 2 air-conditioned suites, 3 TVs, complete utensils. A delight and the condominium is very beautiful and with a lot of structure, very polite staff. It was a unique experience and it was really worth it.

Our stay in May 2025 was an incredible experience! We were surprised by the perfection of this property. The cleanliness was impeccable, the atmosphere is very cozy and the decoration is beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are extremely comfortable. The condominium offers a resort structure, with a complete leisure area: huge swimming pool, sauna, hot tub, SPA, gym and children's playground. The atmosphere is quiet and nice. The host team is excellent. They were always attentive, quick to resolve our doubts, followed our arrival and were concerned about whether we were well, in addition to giving us great tips on places in the region. The location is great, close to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants and has a gas station with convenience right in front of the condominium. We hope to return soon and recommend this fantastic place!

Our days were perfect at the home of Priscila and Enio! From the first contact to the last, Priscila was extremely willing and attentive, attending to us promptly and always concerned about helping. About the house: very equipped, it has everything!!! I love to barbecue and found all the utensils, including a wonderful grill. The gourmet space + swimming pool is very large, very enjoyable. The 3 bedrooms are independent (connected by the balcony where the pool is) and very comfortable, great beds and excellent bathrooms. We checked out already thinking about the date to come back!!!
